We recently purchased and completed a huge review of Jordan Kilganon's vertical jump program on our site. We were surprised (and a little disappointed) with what we found when comparing it to all of the other leading jump programs.

I saw this one dude where dude ran from the left corner jumped, did a split, threw the ball at the ground, caught it, and attempted a reverse two hand. I wanna see jordan do that. He'd definitely have a higher chance at winning any contest with that than with this. The creativity and athleticism is what makes this hot. That's about it. If I'm watching this vid at school and a friend just so happens to hear all the cheering and walks up and asks to see and I'm all like "BRUH! THIS NIGGA JORDAN OUT HERE!!"... after running it back he'll definitely be asking me who's crack I was smoking. He'll most likely be making the nick young face. With that being said, in my opinion, the dunk is not at all impressive; BUT, the thought and aspiration behind it is beautiful.

Hey I got a question for anyone in the comments who is a dunker, how do you deal with knee pain? I am 100% joint pain free except in my knees, it's definitely from dunking because I've been dunking since 8th grade and I'm a junior now. I have sharp pain right in the front of my knee directly below the knee cap

Its true that he is the first or only person in the world can do this but lets be honest A dunk can be truly enjoyed with the power of a slam. This is not a dunk but a tip showing how flexible he can be. Great effort though.

I didn't even know hoopmixtape still post videos. Just saw this in my vid. I'm not impressed. Yeah, difficult, but the ball is sitting on the rim pretty much. He just has to push it in lol. Scorpion dunk is sick though. Surprise he doesn't tear a rotator cuff doing that.
