i think some of the advice in this vid is good, but you gotta remember not everything is a competition. you dont have to be the biggest guy in the gym, you just have to get bigger than you were yesterday. comparing yourself to others can be as depressing as it is motivating.

Dude Jeff said his grandma took 2,365,200 puffs of a cigarette in her life time thats like 162 puffs a day if she had been smoking for around 40 years I don’t really know how many puffs are in a cigarette (loser who doesn’t smoke :/) is like 20 a good number? That is like 8 cigs a day
At 8 cigs a day thats about 2920 cigarettes a year each pack comes with 20 cigarettes (according to google) that is that is 146 packs a year!
I don’t know when he visited his grandparents but he was born in 1964 from the sound of it he was about a teenager lets say he was 16 so 1980 at the time using the average cost for a pack for the decade (I could not be bothered to do year by year) at 146 packs a year
1980: costs was about 1.01 thats 147.46 a year for 10 years 1,474,6
1970: .47 per pack thats 68.7 a year for ten years is 687
1960: average cost was about .30 a pack 43.8 a year for ten years is 438
1950: .24 a pack 35.04 a year for ten years is 350.4
All together is around 2,950 but this isn’t adjusting for inflation
1,474,6 in 1980 is 4,862.17
687 in 1970 is 4,810.70
438 in 1960 is 4,020. 37
350.4 in 1950 is 3950.3
Now adding that all together at that point in her life if she lost 9 years from smoking at 2 minutes a puff, at 20 puffs a cig, 8 cigarettes a day, for 40 years she spent a grand total of 17,643.54 in todays money at that point AND fucked up her lungs he clearly didn’t get his money management skills from her you could buy almost 5 whole Amazon shares with that kinda cash

Besos has a stupid good plan and is really smart for making it, but he’s reached that point where all the workers are just a number and he doesn’t care much because if a person leaves, a new one can fill the spot in a day

I'd say the two most important 'fly wheels' for IRL are Daily Needs and Dev cycle.
Daily Needs, like Atriocs example, can really help map your day out when you realize 'yeh i need to xyz otherwise im gonna feel terrible'. Helps you focus on the tasks at hand so you can Get Things Done.
The other is the standard Dev cycle. Design -> Develop -> QA ->(Repeat). The standard in software development, however you can literally apply this to any and all tasks or projects. This is really helpful to know, so instead of applying awful shit like the Waterfall method to your life, your instead doing any type of incremental method.

I have a flywheel but it’s really bad. I play better in smash tournaments when I’m having a good day. And if I do well in smash tournaments I usually don’t have a very good day. So if something out of my control happens like my aunt passing away, I’m gonna have a bad day and then a bad smash tournament and then if spirals into oblivion
