Thank you for sharing this with us. It certainly makes it easier for us to follow your journey as you built your covered turners. ☺️
Wowwwwww this absolutely perfect/ amazing
Omg...the best cup turner station on CZcams! You good make a small fortune if you wrote up written instructions with assembly pictures and a supply list!! I have a very handy son and I'm sure he would build this for me! Thanks for sharing this genius idea!
⁷⁷7⁷
My husband isn’t going to do this for me since he knows I can build, so these instructions are greatly appreciated!!! Will make the build so much easier and just one trip to Lowes!! Lol. Thank you...and your hubs!!!
So dope ❤ thanks for sharing
I came here looking to make a turner box cover and this is perfect!!
Thank u so much for this video!! I’ve been trying to figure out how to add a cover to my turner and couldn’t find any instructions or tutorials! Ur a life saver!!
What a wonder husband! I’m thankful he’s doing well too! So happy for you! Thank for sharing! It’s amazing 🤩
Thank you so much for this video!
I was hoping it was going to be one motor to turn all of the tumblers. So this is essentially it’s a holder for all of the turners with a container to protect from dust, flies and fumes. Great job!
Awesome video!!!!❤
OMG! Thank you thank you!!! Thank you! And your husband for this detailed, so helpful, instructional tutorial for this!! Literally the best on CZcams!! 🔥🔥👏👏😁🥰
Yay! We are so glad we could help 😊💖
Great video! Thank you so much for doing a voice over on this video. I've been wanting to make a tumbler turner and have watched numerous video tutorials that I can't hear at all.
You are very welcome 😊
You are amazing. Thanks for sharing all your work. Good video.🙌🙌👏👏👏👏💕💕
I been waiting on this. Thank you. I follow you on Tik Tok 😘😘
Yay!! You’re welcome 🥰
I tried it and it came out great!! Thanks so much. Wish I knew how to it.
Oh yeah! Thank you so much for the links and again thank you for sharing this detailed amazing turner with cover video!! 🌸
You’re very welcome 😊💖
You keep saying "I'm" but it looks like your hubby. (I'm only playing.) You and your husband did and OUTSTANDING job!!!! I am a newbie to tumbler making so this is an excellent video to save to my tumbler list in case I love it so much that I end up needing to make one myself. LOVE it! 💙💜🤍💜💙
Lol I like to take credit for it when in reality I was mostly just in the way 😂
Welcome to tumbler making! I would love to see your turner once it’s done 😊💖
@@MelissaCrafter You were the moral support girl! And that means way more than anything. LOL!!
I love your cup turner. I hope my boys can make one like this. I have that same work bench, but I use it for my molds and to glitter stuff. My boys made me an awesome, huge work bench for my turners with upper and lower shelves. I love it. But I need this turner in my life.
Love the turner going to have my husband make me one. Thank you so much for the tutorial.
Oh my god this video was so amazing I watched it twice have to make one Thanks
You’re welcome 😊
Tysm ❤😊
Brilliant. I built my own turners, but I think I could easily add a cover similar to this. Thanks for sharing.
can i make a suggestion.. go on amazon and replace the surge outlet with a WIFI surge protector one... this way u can use the app for it to set a timer on each plug..
Amazing gonna have to build myself 1
Look so neat and clean love it
Shout out to these hubbys! Sending to mine rt now.
Thank you so much!! I’ve been wanting to add a cover and this is amazing. It turned out perfectly!!
Love this so much. I. Going to ask my father in-law to make me one
This awesome. Great job, thanks for sharing
Wow, Awesome job and thanks so much for sharing!
Thank you cant wait to have one soon'
I convinced my hubs to do for me 😁😁 thank you 😊
Awesome turner!! Great job on it. Is the acrylic durable with you lifting the lid up and down all the time? Go Crystalac!
Bravo à ton mari 👍👌💪
Great video, perfect. Thank you both🤩
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!
You’re very welcome 😊
Wow! That's sweet!
What a great idea thank you for sharing....and I think it was your husband that was doing all the work while you filmed🤣😂...what a great guy....😊
It definitely was my husband doing all the work ! I was mostly just in his way 😂
Sometimes its good to have mine around but mine always takes all the credit and it just bugs the heck out of me, just because I dont want people thinking I dont help or Im lazy so its a touchy subject for me 😳😂🤣 but I do love your turner and what you do thank you
Great video. Thank you
Thank you so much for sharing!
Hello, just wondering what RPMs the motors are best to be at? 2 to 3 or 5 to 6 RPMs. Thank you for your help.
Melissa do u think this could work for an already existing turner that is built. I want a covered turner and bought a 10 alternating stack before they came out with the lids and was trying to think of ways to make my own lid to attach to it. Can you ask hubs if he thinks it would be possible.
How did you convert to the screw off pvc?
Love this! Is there anything you would do differently?
Can you do video showing you how you connected the motor? I think I'm doing something wrong.
Could you please
post a link for the roller castors? I can not find any
Hola muchas gracias por el video, muy ilustrativo. Me gustaría saber que materiales y tamaño compró para la modificación de los tubos de pvc. Gracias, y muchas felicidades por tener un esposo bueno y cómplice. 😊
Thank you for this! I just found your channel and also went and followed you on TikTok :) Here’s a question that might sound strange, what’s the size of the Turner arm? The diameter? The reason I ask is because I’m trying to find something that I could use to spin empty wine bottles. I paint them. Thank you!
Where did you get the roller bit under the pcp pipe that you have screwed into the wood? Great video by the way
Home Depot
Hi, what did you place on the base of the turner case?
Love this video! Thank you so much for sharing. What size did you cut the acrylic sheet to fit?
This is great! You are your hubby did a great job. I have read good and bad reviews on the motors. How are your motors doing after 8 months of use?
They are still all working great 😊
Hi Melissa what is the measurement of the acrylic pieces?
How to did you know where to drill the holes and do you have the height measurement from bottom to hole or top to hole? I need to know where to drill my holes
How do I get to the link to all the supplies ?
How much would you say it took in total to make this approximately?
Thank you for posting this! About how much did it cost to build the whole thing?
I bought all the wood yesterday and it costed $80
Thank you for the wonderfully detailed video. I ordered the motors you listed and they turn in different directions. When I turn them off, they will turn in the opposite direction. Any clue as to what would cause this? When turning in one particular direction, it will cause them to unscrew.
They turn in both directions. Clockwise and counterclockwise. You would flip the on and off switch to choose which direction you want it to turn . But it should not unscrew. Does that happen with all of them ?
If I was doing 8 turners how much longer should my wood be and acrylic
NIIIIICCCCEEEE!!😍💖🔥
What kind of plywood did you use?
This is awesome!! What size did you cut the acrylic sheet and the two pieces of wood supporting it?
What a sweet husband
At the end when you decided to do the unscrew pvc you put a metal piece with what looks like rollers on them what are those called please
I think after that you put cabinet latches on top of the piece with the rollers that I am looking for
They are called cabinet door catch . They are from Home Depot. Here is the direct link www.homedepot.com/p/Hickory-Hardware-Catches-Collection-1-5-16-in-C-C-Cabinet-Door-Catch-Cadmium-P108-2C/202101898#overlay
Does it take longer for the epoxy to set since you have it enclosed?
Thank you for your video, did you use common board?
Quick question how would I put epoxy or sealant on the ones closest to the ends without it getting all over the sides of the wood. I guess my question is, is there enough room on the end sides to apply epoxy without making a mess? Your finished product is beautiful
There’s enough room to where the cup doesn’t touch the side wood. You can also always make the ends a little longer so you will have more space . Maybe add 3 or 4 more inches to each end .
@@MelissaCrafter thank you. I appreciate your response, I'm sorry but what is the measurement for the base? Maybe I missed that part.
Hi. I Love it!!!!! ❤ What is the difference between 2.5-3R and 5-6R?
2.5-3 RPM. vs 5-6 RPM. RPM= revolutions per minute. 5-6 spins twice as fast
What is the measurement for the enclosed sides? the wood sorry for not being clear.
This is so cool! Love your tumbler videos. You and hubby make a great team. Do you find it gets too hot in the back? Are you planning to create ventilation or do you not need it?
I was also wondering about the motors. how hot do they get and how quickly? How long can you run them before they get too hot?
You could put a hinge on the back 3x36 to open and shut it instead of screwing it down 🤷🏻♀️
Is I bolted to the wall
Where do you get the thaing that's under the PVC pipe for when you put Heavier cups on the tuner
Home Depot. Here is the link for it www.homedepot.com/p/Hickory-Hardware-Catches-Collection-1-5-16-in-C-C-Cabinet-Door-Catch-Cadmium-P108-2C/202101898#overlay
why not cut and shorten the wires? then it would be so cluttered and less chance of them getting caught in the turner
I'm recently getting started in this and forgive me for the probably basic question but what is the purpose of the cover?
Hi. No worries. The cover is to prevent lint or flies to land on your cup while drying .
Can you re-post your materials please?? I’m new at this and is very crafty, I want to make one this weekend 🥰
All materials are listed in the video description down below 😊
This is a great video, however it would also nice to know what screws you used. Some of the pkgs you only show for a sec and they're out of focus. Mainly the ones you use to attach the acrylic sheet. That would be great.
I will add a complete list of materials in the video description right now. I'll also copy and paste it here so you can have it. Thank you for your suggestion :)

Thanks very much. I wont do it its to much details for me and to much hole making I will get lost.
Very good tutorial except wood dimensions are not sold as instructed. Wood dimensions should be 1x3x10, 1x4x36,1x10x36 and 24x36. Last numbers of dimensions indicate length. 1st 2 numbers are as sold in hardware stiore
I wish I knew how to post it so you could see

That doesn’t sound like a bad idea 🤔🤣

No
Can we do a husband swap! Just long enough for him to build me one! My husband is not into things like that he gets upset when I buy things that has to be put together. But he will cook and clean!
YESS! Take him lol
24:53 - Why did you not mention the mistake of getting the 2 outside tumbler arms too close to the outside walls? Surely, you've ruined many tumblers by now, or you stopped using those two. You could probably have helped others avoid that same mistake if you would have mentioned it.
excellent video, thank you
