I've only heard the "grew my beard on the walk up" joke at the start of every set he has ever done.
Not the tightest set but good presence and the crowd responded well to his energy. Solid stuff!

Nah, one of my mates, way back when were more than accepting and had no qualms about interviewing perspectives, their biggest problem was finding them. . . now there's organizations, mixers, but back then, in the west, they just went to the gay bars associated with or within the community and pride. And had to get over the idea, they might not find someone within the community, so they would have to consider someone just respectable with a good background and trajectory.

gay marriage is between two persons whose sexual orientation is gay. same sex and opposite sex marriages are about the sex of the persons involved and not about orientation. so you can have 2 hetero men in a same sex marriage and a bi man and a hetero woman in opposite sex marriage. nobody asks a man and a woman at the registry what their sexual orientations are! do those who oppose same sex marriage oppose it for 2 straight guys or oppose a man and a woman marrying even tho neither is straight?
