Since you were 5 years old you started jump roping you must have been a beautiful jump roping angel by the way and your hair is gorgeous by the way. I can also tell you translated a lot of your ⚽ soccer skills into jump roping Tori it just shows how skilled your footwork is amazing.

Favorite CrossFit workout "Annie" Aw, good one. My guess was going to be, "Flight Simulator." I was close, but no cigar. :-) My personal favorite is, "Bells of Fury." These were some great questions on this list and it made a great video.

How did you come to add tumbling to your jumping? Did you work with a gymnastics/acrobatics coach?
Hehe 😉 I did a bit when I was much much younger, just the basics of cartwheels and round offs. A lot of it is figuring it out and having some lessons from other jumpers who started flipping around. Then just really getting on a soft floor and figuring out how to do these skills!

How long you train a day and how?
Depends on the season and goal. Now I am in the performance season, so I’m making sure my act is on point, doing loads of injury prevention, and mixing it up workout wise

Have you ever considered picking up martial arts in some form? :) I think with your skills in Jump Rope that the Meteor Hammer (Mace with a chain) would be a natural choice for you and honestly I am curious if the skills are transferable. Unleash your Gogo! hehe (Kill Bill Volume 1 reference)
I did Tae Kwon Do when I was very young! Just wanted to switch alllll my time over to jumping. Really fun sports though!

I played midfield and forward!! I won states in track in WV haha. The good ole days 🤪

Great stuff. How many professional jump-ropers are there in the world? Any idea?
Tough to tell. Some jumpers aren’t the best at jumping rope, but are still making money with content or sales, which technically means they are “professional.” Some of the most incredible jumpers in the world aren’t doing it professionally but as a sport/hobby. There are not so many in the performance realm but it’s definitely growing
