the mechanic for the puppet is awesome but for some reason for me at least i dont know about others but when i do the puppets part even when im hitting the wind up notes i still get jumpscared because it doesnt fill the wind up meter fully.

The song is really good, but my only critique is the constant note-covering jumpscares/screens, especially covering the entire column (one example being Balloon Boy) not letting you see which notes are coming

and that applies to pretty much every character in this mod except for purple guy (idk if his sprites arent borrowed from Ourple Guy tho)

As an example, think of Monochrome, each of Silver's poses is very distinct to each other and compare it to this mod's poses
I agree, some extent. I do think it’s done well for a few characters (Shadow Freddy, Withered Freddy, Balloon Boy, and a few others) but some such as Withered Chica just don’t look good. But honestly I don’t blame the artist(s). I’d imagine coming up with poses for front facing sprites, especially with the majority of them not having much leg room can be difficult as you lack the ability to move arms and legs forward and back to make poses look interesting. Not trying to be snarky and prove my point, but what could they have done better? Like genuine question, cause I can’t think of much. And for your example in monochrome, I agree, but not every character has the ability to distort their face in weird ways.

When i this the mod for the first time i died that at the puppet part of the song (and yes i did hit the circle) cause the music box wind up circle was going down too fast so i need to edit the chart to have more circles and that the w.fox part i died again (and yes i press space and spam it) the bar on the left was going down to fast for me to handle
how do you change the sprite for the puppet i cant get past it i hit all the notes and it still kills me ive been so confused
