Synopsis: Frank has to renew his driver's license on the same day as his step-daughter, Dana needs to take her road test. Dana passes and is a licensed driver. Frank's license expired a day before and needs to take the written test again, which he fails.
What to really watch: Dialogue between Frank and the guy at the DMW. That's the funny part :)
