Three years ago, I was a college student. But in the midst of studying, classes, and exams, I found my true passion. Summer shredding was a dorm room dream. Fast forward a few years and I’ve realized that this series has forever changed my life. For the next 18-20 weeks I will be dedicating my life to pushing my mind and body to the limits. He can definitely add some size to his frame by taking the rest of this year and all of next year to bulk. I'm not saying he's going to add 10 pounds by doing this, but he can add another 2 pounds by not competing next year.

Im sure a ton of people really had their eyes open from this. They dont see the daily meal weighing and macro counting and gym sessions and extra cardio and bumps in the road, and cheat meals they have to turn down. Really appreciate it man!
