There are over half a dozen other state heads who have got this reception, and I have provided details under comments on multiple occasions. Similarly, he says India is the only country that has been provided with S 400 defense system by Russia. This is also factually incorrect. There are several countries who have got this much before India, and there are around 10 other countries that have signed agreements to buy one. It is either your research team is useless that it doesn't arm you with this basic information,or you decide to stay quite so that your paw paw's party doesn't get exposed on TVV debate.
