First set your vessel to Sukuna at metro and talk to Geto its alright if you spawned in with sukuna vessel but you need 15 sukuna fingers to get first moveset second moveset is 20 fingers and you get fingers by fight vinding bow sukuna
Fun fact: when i was lvl 1 i saw "vessel: sukuna" under my healthbar as soon as i spawned
