Not the battle itself, but when stars "crossed over"; the surprises and goosebumps. This was magic! And the Stardust reference that he did. Wow! So awesome! It felt like a bold shot at WWE and HHH, but suddenly I feel like that represented Cody (and everyone else in the beginning) paving a new path 'cause he could, 'cause he needed too, and passionate enough to do it. He is just eyeing for becoming wwe champion and he is at his late 30s so how much he has left in him and we all know all this will wear put sooner than later. But the question is whether this time he will be loyal or will he return to aew after getting what he wanted from wwe?? And there is another question whether he is going to be booked better or vince is gonna do it a regular under treatment?? This is going to get interesting though ☺️😂
Every moment of that I loved from seths heel look to Cody's entrance and the match itself was the moment of the night and cody is over with the crowd why because he left reinventing himself his way and u can tell the crowd pop made him feel like this was the right move I see a champion incoming would love to see him and reighns asap.

You couldn’t have put Cody with anyone else in his return and have the same type of match they put on. Even with Cody’s ring rust, Seth helped sell his return and put over Cody in one night. I see Seth beating Roman for the WWE Championship and bringing back Monday Night Rollins!!!!!

This video only shows 3 Cross Rhodes. There was 4 he did one earlier in the match to obtain the advantage on Rollins. This was the best match on the Card, Cody & Seth sure did deliver.
Even though i only watch AEW and Stardom wrestling. I'm happy for cody getting a wrestlemania moment. He helped the younger talent in AEW so I respect him. Hope he doesn't get screwed. Wrestling fans need to stop being so toxic. Both aew and wwe fans constantly insulting each other. Just enjoy whatever company you watch.

The Crossrhodes is today's Olympic Slam. He even needed 5 of them to beat opponents like Sonny Kiss or local jobbers.
Plus, Seth never hit the curb stomp this match so his finisher doesn't look weak.
