LOL! Tony is the WHOLE reason why I started watching NASCAR in 1999. I guess the people that hate him hated Dale Earnhardt Sr. as well. They are very similar. Both in the way they drive, the way they command respect, and the way they're not afraid to speak their minds. Tony is more sarcastic than Sr was, but they're very similar.
Tony Stewart is epic. Whether his opinions are right or wrong - and they are usually right - he's just pure entertainment. It does occasionally seem as though he thinks everything is everyone else's fault except his own (he must surely have caused one small accident in 10 years of NASCAR), but you always know you're getting an interesting sound bite no matter what. :-)
I love how true, honest and passionate that Tony is and yes he may get himself into trouble for some of it but that is what makes NASCAR fun. He doesn't let up and he doesn't hold back! I love Smoke for many reasons but his passion and straight forward honesty is high on my list! GO TONY!!!
