What was your favourite wicket? 🤔
Kevin Peterson
Prior
Kevin peterson
Pietersen. You dream to bowl that and make batsman look stupid- every ball but it’s a once in a blue moon ball
All of them.
Chris Gayle is probably the last great West Indian test captain. His test captaincy is super underappreciated
terribly under appreciated. a man who could be fun but serious when the time calls for it
🎉🎉😂
Rudy Koertzon's Slowly Raising his finger is a treat to watch 😂
I was hoping someone would say this. Note during the review how slowly yet brutally he raises the finger.
But after referral was confirmed, it was raised rapidly
Kumar Dharmasena would have won the match for England easily. He is partial and biased to England. Kumar Dharamsena would consider Jerome Taylor, Fidel Edwards, Kemar roach as gorillas in cricket.

Jerome Taylor's ball to Kevin Pietersen is still, to this day, one of the top three deliveries I have ever seen in test cricket.
you havent watched much cricket lmao
@@MuhammadFurqanAdil Mitchel Johnson did that heaps
TBF the best delivery I’ve seen was the ball that Anderson bowled to Rizwan in Pakistan in December. Because people say he sucks in the sub continent. The pitch was not offering anything for the seamers. So to get the ball to do what it did swinging into off stump, that is real class from jimmy.
@@jacklowe3037 fair shout, I reckon my best for Jimmy would be the two balls he bowled to (from memory) Aaron Redmond and Brendon McCullum at Trent Bridge in 2008, during his 7-43 - just the perfect, out-swinging castle crushers. Stupendously good bowling.

I remember this day in 2009. It was a Sunday and I was listening to this match on KLAS FM 89. Since it was held in Ja, it wasn't broadcast live on TV, but man was I so tuned in! Jerome Taylor showed his true class that day. At every wicket, while cooking lol, I jumped and cheered as if I were the one taking those wickets. An incredible test match, an incredible series. Was an over all team effort. Gayle superior with the bat. Just... amazing!

Jerome Taylor was one of my fav modern day fast bowler from WI.
I wish he had many more years of international cricket to play.
Love it when the Windies do well.
Nothing gives a cricket lover pleasure like a competitive and dominant West Indies Cricket team.
Glad no one spoke about cracks on pitch . it's a vintage bowling in west indies style

Hi, awesome video!:)
Brilliant spell by Jerome Taylor
I Want Many More these Performance From Both England & West Indies
Jerome Taylor is a bloody legend. I miss him.
I'm from & live in Trinidad and Tobago this is a great example of what test cricket is
I fully remember watching this match live on TV and boy was it one of the best ever, I became a full supporter of Taylor from day one and wish he'd played more matches when he was still in his prime. During that period his batting was coming along well too and remember when he made 99 against New Zealand in their own back yard🏡.
I really hope our young players like Oshane Thomas, pooran & Paul are encouraged to play test cricket, I'm nearly 34 & contrary to popular belief I love test cricket more than t20. Yeah I said that sue me 😌 anyway I don't want them to stop playing t20 just hope they follow their full potential, the same potential I had being 6'2' and able to swing the ball both ways which I learnt from the great master Malcolm Marshall from a book 📚he wrote on fast bowling.

Good to see windies with White's👌🏾
Superb performance
This series is one of my clearest cricketing memories... I was listening to the TMS broadcast at my computer getting increasingly agitated as batsman after batsman left. It was a pretty good batting lineup (Strauss Cook Bell Pietersen Collingwood Flintoff Prior), but really prone to those kinds of collapses. I think Collingwood was the wicket that hurt most, cause I sort of expected him to grit it out and steady the ship, but then he's gone for 1.
The rest of that series was almost as painful - just Ramnaresh Sarwan repeatedly grinding England into the dust. That series was really something. Only performances to match it in series I've followed are Cook in Aus in 2011 and Smith in the 2019 Ashes.
Sulaiman Benn was such a talent💓
