[Civil Procedure] Pre-trial in civil cases, Rule 18 of the Rules of Court (Video7)

Pre-trial is mandatory. This is when parties lay their cards on the table. They make admissions, agree on legal and factual issues, reveal their evidence, and agree on trial dates. The goal of pre-trial is to put future proceedings in order, and to facilitate the trial.

Art. 56 of NCC us about who may officiate marriages. That has already been superseded by the Family Code. Do you mean Article 36 of the Family Code on psychological incapacity?
