- K&L Trainz is celebrating their 10th Anniversary by reissuing the locomotive that started it all: The PRR K4s Pacific!
Rebuilt with endless details, functional cab interior, working cab signals, this set includes (4) variations of the K4s stemming from the mid 1930's until their retirement in 1957. Also included are 6 heavyweight passenger cars, presented in both prewar and postwar liveries for both the PRR and PRSL.
Shot in Trainz Simulator 2022, take a step back to the mid 1930s and follow the K4's until their retirement in 1957.

You're best promo yet. I've been a customer for you guys for a long time as there's no other DLC provider like you guys. I REALLY love how you recreated famous photos in your scenes, very touching tribute to not just the K4s but the dedicated railfans of the last generation that documented what was soon going to become history that'd likely would never be seen again

You guys have come such a long way from when you started modeling for this game a decade ago. I’ll so be getting these dudes at some point. They look so much better then the original versions. You should be proud of yourselves for all the hard you put into these models, you really should.
When this came out, you know its gonna be good than the original but the original will stay to show these guys how long they've been on the trainz community.

This promo is probably the best way to celebrate your 10th year anniversary. I loved the intro for it. Showcasing each locomotive made over the years to the rebuilt of the one that started it all. Wow 10 years. Almost 10 years ago I started watching the trailers, and got hooked on the amazing quality and storytelling that just keeps improving with each video. Even if releases are slow, the effort is worth it. Every upload brings a smile to my face as I know it will bring this foamers senses joy, to hear, see, and take in a time long ago, and to see things new and far. I am almost 20 now, that means I started watching when I was around 10, CZcams was new, and for a young railfan I could not get enough of your videos. Looking back, it was a different time, thanks for the reminder, you sure make a young adult old. Thanks for all your hard work, cheers to 10 years, and to hopefully 10 years more. By then I should have a job, so I can buy something finally. :)

That opening section is such a mood, taking us back through ten years of making models and through them telling the living history of the American railroading scene as it was. Keep up the fantastic work guys and here is to another ten years more of K and L trainz.

10 years sure does fly, doesn't it? I remember the first time I found K&L Trainz when I was in the 4th grade, and now im a first-year student in college. Your team has come quite a long way from the humble beginnings of yesteryear. But in all this time, I don't think many people have stopped and said thank you. So im gonna say it. Thank you for the beautiful content. Thank you for putting the time and effort into this game that hundreds of thousands love and enjoy. This whole community would never be the same without you and your team, Steve. Many of us may have quarrels and fights with each other, but one thing is sure, every time we get closer to the next model release, people always seem excited to see what you and the team do. Even bitter enemies seem to put down their metaphorical weapons to admire what you do and what you have to offer. I can't think of anyone else who has that effect. So once again, thank you. Thank you for all the work you put in, Thank you for how many people you make happy and bring smiles to, and thank you for going on no matter what. You and your team are an inspiration to us all. It's so weird to think of heavy drag freights on the Northeast Corridor. I realize that there was a time when it was 'just another mainline,' but it's still so alien.

I won't lie, when the intro started playing and it showed all the models you guys have worked on from the most recent all the way back to the early ones... I started feeling really nostalgic. I discovered your website right around the time NKP 765 was released, so I wasn't around for the *whole* 10 years but I've been following ever since. Once again you've outdone yourselves and raised the bar as well. This has to be one of the most realistic videos you have ever done. I loved the water scooping effect you included at 8:52. I like that you gave homage to the late John Prophet. He documented so much that was considered commonplace for the time. Glad he had the foresight to do what he did. Kudos to everyone involved!

Excellent models. I have been in love with the K4s since I first learned of its existence. They’re my favorite steam locomotives after the Southern 4501.
