Rameses from Prince of Egypt deserves to be on this list, the tragedy of his relationship with Moses is just done to perfection his character is just so layered and complex. He’s the dreamworks equivalent to Frollo just due to how real he feels as a character (for sure not in how evil tho, Frollo is still way worse if we are being honest). Definitely in my top three for best dreamworks villains along with Death and Lord Shen.

Death is something that eventually everybody will encounter in their life. It can't be a villain from everyone... it's just destiny. Dread, it, run from it, destiny arrives all the same. And when everyone has the same fate, it's just not a villain. In this movie, it's much more considered as an antagonist than a villain.
