《櫻花雨（重逢版） The Dance of Cherry Blossoms (Duo version)》
〈櫻花雨〉是我最知名的一首創作，發表至今已經超過二十年了。在過去這些年，我們曾經經歷過地震、風災、疫情，還有許多大大小小的苦難，時常有人告訴我，這首樂曲在他們最低潮、最恐懼的時刻，給予他們很大的支持與療癒。能收到這樣的回饋，我除了非常珍惜也非常感激。
這次請范宗沛以鋼琴及大提琴的小品編制，重新詮釋這首單曲。不同於原版的開展與綻放，新的版本更為溫柔而內斂，希望能讓風潮多年的樂迷朋友們，彷彿與老朋友重逢般，再次聽見與這首樂曲初遇時的感動。
This famous new age song, created by Ken over two decades ago, has offered both support and healing to many in times of difficulty and fear.
Cellist Fan Tsung-pei and pianist Asha Chang have given the song a new interpretation through a simple duet. As opposed to the more expressive first version, this one is gentler and more introverted in an attempt to allow listeners to be as moved as if they were hearing the song for the first time.

繼《遇見天空》、《陸拾．拾陸》之後，風潮音樂創辦人楊錦聰推出第三張個人專輯《若樹》。不同於前兩張作品，如里程碑般紀念階段性的人生，這張專輯回到生活與創作的本質，以簡單小品的鋼琴旋律為主軸，描繪身邊出其不意的景緻，譜寫生命中難以忘懷的人事物，也記錄下回憶湧現時的各種心境變換。此外，這次楊錦聰特別邀請多年好友、知名大提琴演奏家范宗沛擔任編曲與製作人，除了一同激盪出了更多創作的火花，也讓整張專輯的音樂性更為豐富。
這張專輯的創作靈感來自於生活經驗與自然觀察，包括與父親的相處、兒時嬉戲的時光，甚至是散步所遇的植物等等。取材是很微觀的，然而專輯所要分享的體悟卻是很寬闊的。在寄情於景時，楊錦聰發現人與樹其實有著精神上的相似性──我們向下扎根在這塊土地，同時也向上延伸到無限的天空與自由。
人若樹、樹若人。我們每一個人來到這個地球上，彷彿是一棵樹，但是當我們將視角轉換，一群樹便成為了一整座森林。我們吸收來自地球的生命資源，我們以有形、無形的方式彼此陪伴、給予力量。在一棵樹木中，我們彷彿可以看透生命的智慧與哲學。
透過這張專輯的創作過程，楊錦聰不僅爬梳了生活中的難忘時刻，也從中更深刻地認識自己。音樂、創作、分享，是建立起人與人、人與樹、人與萬物生命連結的一種途徑。雖然自己彷彿只是林中之樹，但他希望能夠分享生命中的美好、療癒更多的人，讓音樂建立起更多無形的連結，成為牽繫彼此的力量。
About the Album
Following up with the success of his albums “Meet the Sky” and “Sixty to Sixteen”, Wind Music founder Ken Yang has made another, “Like a Tree”. Different from the first two, which were like milestones of different phases of his life, this album focuses on the inherent nature of life and creation. Revolving around simple piano melodies, Ken’s creative inspiration on this album came from life experiences and naturalistic observation. He invited his old friend and highly accomplished cellist Fan Tsung-pei to shoulder the tasks of arrangement and production, which not only led to greater sparks of creativity but also has given the album a richer musical aesthetic.
While emotionally connecting with nature, Ken has discovered that humans and trees share a spiritual similarity: As we root ourselves into this land, we also extend ourselves upward into the boundless sky and freedom. Music, artistic creation, and sharing are paths by which connections are made interpersonally, between people and trees, and between people and all other forms of life. The aim of this album is to share the beauty of life and provide healing to people with music that creates intangible connections to serve as a mutual source of strength for all.
