In this Video we will be going through the Recipe for making Chicken Pulav in the Nutripot. It is a rice based dish cooked with an assortment of spices, masalas and chicken. It is usually served with Raita which is a yoghurt based preparation.
Some of the ingredients in this recipe are home made. You can also use store bought products instead. The quantity of each ingredient can be varied as per your requirement. Please leave your feedback once you have tried and enjoyed this recipe.
Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken
750gm Basmati Rice
6 Onions
5 Green Chilies
6 Tomatoes
5 Cardamom
5 Cinnamon sticks
5 Cloves
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 cup Mint leaves
1 cup Coriander leaves
2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste ( • Homemade Ginger Garlic... )
6 tbsp Ghee/Oil
3 cups water
