Siquijor is the best place I would recommend to learn to ride scooter. Renting scooter is the best way to travel. You can't even compare it to someone driving you around I learned. Your explore so much more at your own pace.

Filipino kids are always friendly, Cebuano people are known as the most extrovert of the filipino ethnic groups. electric, fun and loud. Cebuanos love to have fun !. Enjoy the childhood atmosphere as you wont find that many kids elsewhere especially in other asian countries like Singapore, Japan, Korea, Thailand. etc that have an aging and declining population. Korea - 0.9 Japan 1, China 1.2, Thailand 1.3, Sinagpore 1.2 all below the 2.1 replacement level. Must be a Buddhist ting, I notice buddhist have low population. Super Aging Thailand with crippling economy will be surpassed by Philippines by 2027 or 2029
