These guys are super heros... They don't even ask to subscribe!!! I love you khan acedemy
They have played their part well , it is our part now to subscribe their channel .
Heroes not heros. Sorry if Im affending tho. I’m American
Because they just want to teach 🥰
Physics wallah also not ask to subscribe
because of that I'm subscribing
ANSWERS:
1) reflex action are basically involuntary action that are Done after a sudden change in our environment basically called Stimulus that is harmful for our survival .
2) a reflex arc is the connection of sensory, Neurons Relay neurons and motor neurons and The stretching back of hand After stimulus. An arc like structure is obtained So it's called reflex arc
3)Sensory neurons - these are those neurons which converts the stimulus into electric impulses and sends them to spinal cord
Relay Neurons- these are basically the connection between sensory and motor neurons . The neuron that connects sensory with motor neurones are called relay neurons
Motor neurones- these are those neurons which carry information To biseps muscles to contract for our survival .
4) diagram made in Notebook 👍
OP explaination 🙂
thnx for the summary
Bro come again and revise

Umm...actually it is not necessary that motor neurons must connect to the biscep only..u can define'em as
Those neurons that are connected with the effector muscle and yeah you can give example of the biscep muscle☺
WAS JUST TRYNA CORRECT THE MISTAKE ..NOT OFFENDING☺
ANYWAYS THANK YOU FOR THE DEFINITIONS🙇

The way you teach feels like NOTHING IS HARD and nothing is EASY ! Thank you sir ❤️
What u want to say then 😅
Nothing is hard and nothing is easy
Till nothing is hard was fine but nothing is easy .? 😂
@@username-lo9qr hm its a year ago man 😭
Yeah.. Nothing's easy👍🏻
Sir,
My daughter understood it very well.
You taught in such a way that she was able to understand at once.
You took the best and easiest way to make others understand.
Nice to learn with you!

I literally enjoyed the 11min.
Thanks 😊 for such a beautiful explaination sir.
The way you teach is like......I love the way u teach ...kashhh ap kaise teachers mil jayen🥺

Love you Khan academy❤❤❤
I just want to take a moment to thank you guys really. I am from Bangladesh and my 10th board exams are going on and this video literally cleared my conception in a matter of minutes. Never stop doing what you are doing now as you guys are a blessing for us.
Thank-you so much before i got this video I thought reflex action and reflex arc is very difficult topic but after watching this now am able to explain whole pathway orally... So thankyou for making this video

So this is me thinking that the reflex Arc is a complicated twisted palava,
But khanAcademy sure knows how to simplify learning.
Thank you!
Amazing.... for the first time i wanna see the material again and again especially in biology. Thanks

I am preparing for an up coming exam and i was so confused with this topic until i came across this video, it helped me understand the whole topic of reflex arc with out any difficulty. Thank you so much:)

Thank you sir.very helpful video....just saw it once and understood the concept thoroughly
I know this concept is hard but after watching this video it's easy to me but I know that this concept was hard so, thank u very much Khan academy and I'm proud of myself.😀😀
Marvelous teacher amazing teaching 🙂👏🏻 I understood the whole part ☺️ thanks a lot sir making this easier to get understand 🙂
This very helpful and very mind blowing explanation THANKS
Reflex action - In voluntary response to a stimulus
Reflex arc It is a path which includes the sensory ,relay and motor neurons .
Sensory neuron - send messages from sense organs to spinal cord
Relay - connects the sensory and motor neuron. Transfers the electric signals from sensory to motor neuron
Motor Neuron - carry messages back from spinal cord to other muscles as well as glands.
you're probably the best science teacher I'd ask for. Thank you!!!
This is gold i swear thank u!!
Really it is a best way of teaching

sir , u r hand writing is awesome.
1.Reflex action are involntary action controlled by the spinal cord without involvement of brain .
2. Reflex arc is a method having one sensary neuron, Reray neuron and motor neuron.
3.sensary neuron- Transmit impulses to spinal cord.
Reray neuron- it connect sasary neuron to motor neuron.
Motor neuron- Transmit impulses to sensary organ.
4. Diagram done in my note copy.
Knee jerk reflex does Involve 3 neurons along with the 2 u mentioned interneuron / Relay neuron is also present it's given in the ncert

I am in my Final year of BSc Health Science in OU usually i watched US Khan academy. I was blown up by the immensely high quality of presentation with modulating explanation by the presenters. It went straight to Brain. I love it and have subscribed to it. Deepak Nayyar- Final year Student(Senior) The Open University (U.K.) 10/10 great job
Wow .The change in the environment of the body is called stimulus
I am an igcse student and even tho this course is for CBSE this helped me alot.
Yes me to
Fact :
1. reflex action evolved before intelligence is evolved .
This is new to me .
You forgot to mention the Neuron carrying information from the spinal cord to the brain for interpretation and command
Sir you are a good teacher

The answer to the question is because when we wait for a response from the mind we will have burned from the candle beam so the immediate response is done
thank you Mr for the lesson
Thank you soo much Sir😊❤
I have understood each and everything.
Thank you, sir for such a mind blowing explanation....
It actually made my lesson easy 💯💯💯
In reflex action brain is not involved because it is explanted by theory of evolutionary relationship that is the Epic word of the whole video
Khan academy. You guys meet my learning style. You are the best teacher
Answers
1) reflex action is immidiate taken involuntary response to the stimulus .
2) reflex arc is the pathway through which the reflex action occurs .
3) a) sensory neurons are those neurons which takes the signals from the stimulus and send it to the spinal cord.
b) relay neurons are those neurons which connects the sensory neuron and motor neuron.and helps to send the action taken by spinal cord to the motor neuron.
c) motor neuron is a neuron which takes the siganal of action from spinal cord and then perform it to the against stimulus.
Sir my humble request to you is do explain about single and double circulation, similar triangle, metallurgy sir
Involuntary response to stimulus - reflex
3 neurons involved: one detects the heat and converts to electrical signals => sensory, the other transmits the information to brain (but not in this case) => relay, and the third neuron transmits the information from the spinal cord to the bicep => motor.
Why no brain? Because brain slow
Number of neurons vary from reflex arc to reflex arc: knee-jerk reactions only require two neurons. (Why?)
Loop = body of neuron
😊 6:44 The signal does not go to the brain bez. Brain takes time to process then our body part is burned seriously. So spinal cord help for quick action.
thank you sir. this helped alot. alot. alot.
شكرا لك اخي .فيديو جميل ❤️
This was the best class I heard. Thank u so much sir🙌🤝
Your handwriting is awesome 👍😎
One of the best video bro ❤ thanks❤
Amazing sir great explaination 😊😊😊😊
Sir, you teaches excellently. Please, keep it up sir for us.
Reflex action- an involuntary response to a stimulus
Sensory neuron- converts the stimulus into electric impulses and sends them to the spinal cord then the relay neurons transfer the information to the motor neuron. The motor neuron Carries information to the bicep which contracts to protect the arm
reflex action is an involuntary response to a dangerous stimulus
a reflex arc is the entire pathway where a reflex action takes place
sensory neuron is the neuron that senses the stimulus
relay neuron transfers the impulse from the sensory neuron to the motor neuron
the motor neuron sends the impulse to the effector which is the bicep muscle in this case
I'll do the drawing in my NB, thx so much Salman Khan sir lyy!!!
This video was really so useful for me...i guess for all probably... thank you for this video...❤️❤️❤️👍💯
