Pudu 珍珍深井烧鹅，已有超过30年历史。老店主在香港学了炭炉烧鹅，把技艺带回马来西亚。珍珍现在由第二和第三代经营，每天卖数十只烧鹅和烧鸭！烧鹅皮脆肉香，鹅脂肪都渗透肉里，肉质香滑！另外还有烧鸭，烧鸡，烧肉，叉烧。也有很适合下酒的三宝，那就是鹅舌，鹅肠，和鹅肾！
Pudu Chen Chen Goose Duck, been around for over 30 years. The founder learnt the skill of roasting goose in Hong Kong, which is famed for roast goose! Chen Chen is now in the hands of the second and third generation. The roast goose has crispy skin, with the goose fat permeated the meat, making the meat tender and fragrant! Other than roast goose, it also serves roast duck, roast pork, char siew etc.

My parents told me that Restoran Wei Kee and Chen Chen opened about the same time. My parents prefered Wei Kee. Their son-in-law opened Yi Kee in Taman Connaught..Wei Kee has a branch in USJ...

嘩這個街邊檔的價錢同香港一樣的燒臘店差不多喎, 以踎街邊食塵的用餐環境來說, 燒鵝, 燒鴨同燒乳豬有點overpriced了, 仲要係自置物業, 不用捱貴租, 理應可以賣平些.
其實香港所謂最出名深井燒鵝, 十幾年前香港人巳經不去了, 因為唔好食又貴, 山長水遠入到去深井食d咁普通料既燒鵝. 通常遊客或者好多無返過香港的人才會去吃, 我自己都十幾年無去. 地方又唔係乾淨. 疫情後香港唔知點解開左好多間燒鵝店, 成行成巿, 梗有一間喺左近. 喺巿區好容易買到好吃的燒鵝, 不用特地去深井. 不過我個人不喜歡吃燒鵝, 見到層厚厚肥膏好驚. 所以較喜歡吃燒鴨.
唔知係不係因為鵝入口所以買貴咗？我有問了附近的另一家，也是差不多這樣的價錢。可能呢度沒什麼競爭所以賣貴😂 鵝的確是肥好多😅

因为香港有个新村叫深井
所以才会出现深井烧鹅
