tony alkatraz It is common/standard to keep your guard up against whatever you're punching, be it a heavy bag, cobra bag, double end bags etc.. This is to build habit. Very often we see amateur fighters dropping their hands and catching their opponents' with their face due to the bad habit of lowering their guard in training. Do not go around calling people idiots, when you dont see a lesson behind something, that is just plain ignorance. Peace

thats good but... hes wasting ALOT of stamina with how fast hes punching, for example he throws all thos punches waisting his stamina and i can dodge and block most of them then when hes out of breath BOOM i can get a shot or two on him he should not punch so fast.
