It’s completely up to the store manager if they will allow filming in their store. It’s private property so they have every right to enforce this. Most store managers allow filming, just depends on who you get. It’s the same for every store unless stated otherwise.

Shoe zone is great, not only sell cheaper shoes but also do 'Heavenly feet ' which are excellent and a few other name brands, well at least in my local one they do. ❤ xx
Shoezone near us has a big store and they sell all big brands like heavenly feet, rocket dog etc. Actual shoezone brand shoes (other then their kids wellies) have never lasted for us personally.

Ignore all the nasty comments no need for them and it’s also not a data protection issues asking for a staff members name to complain, you were within your rights to ask!! I’ve seen you’ve had clarity about filming it may of been other shoppers feeling uncomfortable thinking they may of been recorded and told management and instead of asking you what you where filming she took the decision to ask you to stop…. To which you did and followed up with research to see if policy had changed x
