You wouldn't happen to have the ingredients to the rat food mix that you mentioned? I'm trying to add a little variety to my rats diet. Right now, I mainly feed them oxbow adult rat food, and eggs (scrambled or boiled) as a protein supplement for my younger rats.

I don’t think I’ve even seen someone comment saying they substitute some egg with their juveniles for extra protein. Maybe people do research before buying pet rats. I have a critter nation and it took me 1 yard for all 4 levels. and all you have to do is lay out the trays in a square shape and put the 1 yard blanket over it then cut between the trays.

You can see she has water bowls directly underneath the water bottles... she just has them to catch the water that falls out of the dripping bottles... but YES... water bowls are far better for ferret teeth than water bottles.

This is an older video but the ferret smell goes away with a raw diet because it's more natural and complete for them!
I had ferrets years ago and i would get soil and let them play in it. And it would help obsorb the stinky oils in the fur. Plus they loved it!!

Don't use water bottles for rabbits! It's so much better and more natural for them to use bowls. They won't make a mess of it, and I really recommend!

Ferrets need water BOWLS not bottles. It is bad for their teeth and they can get dehydrated.
