In retrospect, I think we should have also tried to move Poetl at the trade deadline to open up more options for acquiring picks/ freeing up money for free agency. We can’t go into the next season without an athletic center. I hope we can make some magic happen and acquire Claxton

future is always bright. The pieces are already in place. scottie barns needs to develop his mid range game. Hopefully we can get a better shooting guard or a wing in the upcoming draft.
FO has sucked 4 years except drafting but lower draft and development has been poor. Now KLow is over contract would like to bring him back to Mentor and play some off bench.

I like Darko as a person and a player development coach but not as a head coach. He couldn't win when he had a more talented Raptors team to start the season. His staff has no ex NBA head coach or ex NBA player on it yet he hired a guy who was running a basketball skills clinic in Oklahoma. A "Pizza Party" to motivate NBA players- how did that work out? Off-season better be good with trades, signings and draft. If Masai can't trade Brown by draft night & picks up his 23 million team option 🤦🏾♂. If Masai can't re-sign GTJ 🤦🏾♂. If the Raps lose their Lottery pick in the Lottery Draw🤦🏾♂. FYI- the Raptors won only one Atlantic Division game all season long which was the first game after the all-star break against Brooklyn... that has to be a NBA record.
Neither could Nurse last season so I don’t get your point. You guys act as if Darko is the only one that failed with that group. You guys just can’t except the fact that the core was finished with Pascal and OG and wanted to risk going into free agency with both of them. Some fans still had that “see it to believe it” mentality in terms of them walking in free agency. The raptors couldn’t play “see it to believe it” with OG and Pascal. They did that too many times with other players in the past and got burned! It was over! It’s time to rebuild with a different group just like we rebuilt when Vince Carter and Bosh left.

@benrogers olynyk whose 3 pt shooting dropped off and plays no defence, and agbaji who cant shoot. I would have rather have kept the 27th pick and taken a flyer on 6'11 ulrich chomche who is a project from cameroon but has elite 3 and D ceiling being mobile, athletic and plays defence. kelly olynyk wont be on this squad after 2 years and agbaji with his shooting likely wont be on the team after next season.

go listen to bobby webster interview, they are bottoming out this summer when boucher gary trent brown and even Yak are gone. they plan on keeping the 2025 top 6 protected pick.
bobby webster says big picture, and raptors are not close but 5-10 moves from being a playoff contender, so they have a rebuild for 2-3 years at least.

The only potential in agobaji is nepotism. If he gets any playing time it’s because of the relationship masai has with his dad. Extremely mid, if youre paying attention you’ll see other players having to yell at him and direct him because he has no idea what’s going on.

You must be getting paid by the Raptors 😂😂😂. Your incessant positivity and faith in this roster, coaching staff and front office is completely unwarranted and baffling. Our championship was nothing but a fluke. The Pascal trade was a complete disaster based on the return. We got NOTHING for FVV. There is a large enough sample size to know that this rebuild will be a disaster. It'll take a long time for this team to get back to respectability
Bro.. the time is now.. we have no more time to waste. MASAI HAS LOST HIS WAYS LONG TIME AGO.. WE NEED TO GET RID OF MASAI and Bobby. Talk is cheap.. You don't go from winning a title to slowly now be a bad losing team who charge fans so much for tickets. It's not like we have these players that were getting old and there game started to fade.. Bad player management and roster construction is why we find ourselves where we are.. There needs to be accountability from the top.
hate to break it to you but its what every team goes through every 5-6 years when they cant afford to pay everyone when they draft well. they cant pay everyone and if the results are not there, they have to trade players and rebuild. its not like raptors operate like a big market like new york or lakers as well.
