Aaron Gordan's dunk at the 4:12cmark (underneath both legs) was in 2016 the same year as the 2016 Rio Olympics. Based on a segment from sports science, at his peak height during that dunk, he would have at least tied for bronze in the Olympic high jump.
Like the other guy said Spud Webb was only 5'6, which makes it pretty much far more impressive than the others who are almost all at least a foot taller than him
Seven Hunnid on CZcams is everything i was lookin for
@Little Timmy No one want's to hear your life story buddy..... How about you go make a quick video of you dunking and put it on your channel to shut me up..... well? 😁
@Little Timmy Did you become famous in the NBA? No? Then i guess that's why no one cares.
Agreed. I could dunk at 15 at 5"9..I grew to be 6'2" and to watch a man that short do it is very impressive.
@Little Timmy 💀nobody care about ur rim grazers
The Manscaped segment is probably the funniest original bit you guys have done. Keep it up.
The Spud Webb dunks may not have looked too impressive, but he was 5'6. The man had hops.
If some of these dunks don’t look that “impressive” now in 2022, just remember that in these older contests no one had ever seen a lot of these before.
The older contests are also judged more like gymnastics in that it's all about form and execution. When Orlando Woolridge did the first between-the-legs dunk, he didn't even get a 50.
Even Vince Carter's magical dunks in 2000 look routine for today's players because they've grown up doing those dunks.
@@imajhawk6146 Yet the most recent dunk contest is abysmal.
@@jp3813 I missed this year's contest but I'm not surprised. It's usually hit or miss.
@@jp3813 The dunks they were attempting was just extremely difficult. Vince was getting 50's for honey dips alone, that'd probably get less than a 45 today. Vince is still the GOAT in game dunker though
The most impressive dunk gotta be spud webb, dudes only 5'6 !
Nope nate Robinson was better
@@twizzy585ful at sleeping! 😵 👈🤣
@@republicofcasuals and dunking lol
U looking at how high his feet get up off the ground not the actual dunks
By Spud Webb being so short and to see him doing those types of dunks 360s reverse off the glass makes you appreciate the skill sets he had
Spudd Webb was one of the only little men in the league to do amazing in the dunk contest. Nate Robinson followed in his steps and jumped over him in his big dunk for the contest. All star weekend is what makes the NBA unique and such a great sport.
Also won it a few times. Insane hops in both. In 8th grade a 5ft 9 kid that had hops dunking but he was not doing these kinda dunks
The Dwight Howard dunk that looked like a regular two handed dunk was impressive because he was dunking on a 12 foot rim, 2 feet higher than a standard 10 foot rim, which is world-class for any athlete.
Another good suggestion would be to react to the 100 best in-game dunks in NBA history.
That Pool Table has seen some stuff😭
You guys should react to the 2016 dunk contest, it's the best that I've ever seen
It was definitely one of the best ever. It’s dropped back off since then. Most of the best dunks in that contest are in this one though.
No they should react to In Game Dunks
That was the last good dunk contest
21:23 Fred Jones will always be my most underrated dunk. The angle at which he caught it is just insane
LaVine and Gordon were really on another level. Shame that Gordon didn't get one of the two. One of the most creative and spectacular dunks ever and he really bought into the contest, which is more than we can say about the recent contestants.
Also Spudd was insane. Looks much crazier seing a small dude dunk like that than a tall lenky dude like Dominique.
That was the best contest for sure. When Gordon came to the nuggets I went to one of the games and during the warm ups I yelled “Mr 50 got robbed in the dunk contest” he smirked and gave me and have a half ass thumbs up lol.
Spud Webb was only 5'6"
So, if Spud Webb was 5'6" (and I honestly think he was exaggerating that an inch or two), that means the hoop was 4'6" above his head. That's 1.37 meters that he's hopping in each of his many famous dunks.
I've been waiting for these guys to react to something like this. I already know it's about to be a good video
Please do more nba reactions, they are amazing!
Spud Webb was like 5’6 and still competitive at this level.
Congrats on the sponsorships mates! U guys are dope 👌🏽🔥
What was doing under that pool table?👀
You guys have to react to Jordan Kilganon Dunk contest it has Shaq and a few other judges
The video of Kilganon with Gary Payton was amazing. It's definitely worth a watch.
Thanks guys i thoroughly enjoyed this
Memories seeing 3 Seattle SuperSonics players.
I grew up watching Nate Williams in H.S.& at the UW. The 2nd. shortest player at 5'6" Spud being jumped by the 5'9" Nate Robinson but what they don't show and mention is Nate is the only NBA player to win the Dunk Contest 3 different times none of the others have.
it’s hilarious to watch the evolution of dunks 🤣
For his height, Spud Webb is one of the best athletes to ever play in the NBA. Also in this video, Nate Robinson had a dunk shown and he is only like 5'8 or 5'9.
I thought Nate Robinson was only about a foot tall 😵 👈🤣
Loving the content bros!
Lots of love to manscaped
I would love to see you guys react to more basketball content.👑🔥
The intro was so good I came back to watch it again 😂
Brent Barry was the only white guy to ever win the contest. Dunked from the FT line. If Jordan Kilganon was in the NBA he’d win for sure.
5:21 Julius Erving or Dr J was a phenomenal player of the late 70s and if you aren't familiar with his record, take a look at the Awards section of his Wikipedia page and you'll see why he was so impressive. By the time of this dunk he was only a few years from his retirement but he still had enough gas in the tank to get some height.
the manscaped intro was brilliant
That 2016 contest was on another level…
Always loved dunks.. I'm a 5'9" white guy and touched the rim once. All attempts after were air or some net,,
More NBA!!! That manscaped was a classic hahaha
Thankyouuuuu I hope you saw my recommendation much appreciated guys!!!
Nice opening guys I like the opening
All I wanted to see was Nate Robinson jump over Spud Webb. Don’t know why that wasn’t in the video. It was a 50 point dunk and absolutely my favorite dunk ever.
Spud Webb was the shortest player to ever win the contest.
Amazing intro 😂
The Dr. J is where Jordon got the slam from the top of the key. 1976
That Wolves dude flies like an angel!
Still stand By Dennis smith Jr's standing 360 between the legs being one of if not THE best that year
This guy named Jordan Kilganon is pretty impressive too. Some of the coolest dunking videos are done outside of the NBA. Always so Impressive. I, like most kids I knew growing, all dreamed about being able to do it, whether you played basketball or not.
4:33 that's Spud Webb dunking with 5'6" height
Vince Carter career dunks highlights. His in game dunks are some of the best. In his words concerning an alley oop 'best pass is a bad pass'
You should check out backboard breaking dunks
I think that first clip of Jordan is where the jumpman logo came from
The music added 😬🤣
yes these are great
I'm getting caught up on the pronunciation of leverage. Sh*ts wild
I’ve been saying “leeverage” since Pirates of the Caribbean 😂
You all have never seen the Toh Chambers dunk have you. That is one of the ALL TIME greatest dunks. You have to see that one.
I respect players so much when they actually show up and have fun with this. Say what you will about the older clips but at least the veteran superstars participated 🙌🏻🏀
AI to AI best dunk from behind the backboard has never been replicated in dunk contest history
W intro 😂
You guys are so fucking great!
🏀 Just for our British Basketball Fans and Some of the Younger Generation Let's Talk About Darrell Dockins (Also Known As "CHOCOLATE THUNDER") back in the 1970's! 😎 He used to Name His Dunks and Shatter Backboards! 🤷♂️ His Practice ("Training Method") Was To "MAKE CHANGE" ON TOP OF THE BACKBOARD (13 1/2 Feet High)! 😱 His Training Method was to Jump Up, Flat Footed (Standing Vertical - Not Running Up), Slap a Dollar Down On Top Of The Backboard and Then Grab Four Quarters! Then He Would Jump Back Up Again and Slap Down The Four Quarters and Grab the Dollar Back! 🤔 Who Else Ever Did (Or Could Do) Such A Thing As This??? 🤯
You guys really need to react to Jordan Kilgannon’s dunks. Not an NBA player but some of the best snd most creative dunks you’ll ever see. Better than any of the dunks in most of these contests.
The video with Gary Payton and him is a good one.
czcams.com/video/ZsPsKLjw-SI/video.html
Yea Kilgannon is one of, or if not the best dunker outside of the NBA. I guess then you would have to do some Professor Live reactions as well. I would watch these guys reacting to both of them 😁
There's this nutty dunker named Jordan Kilganon you guys should check out.
You want Bloopers? Watch some Shaqtin a Fool clips. Hilarious stuff!!
Vince Carter and Jordan were the best but, the Aaron Gordon/ Zach Lavine contest were the 2 best going head to head ever.
Vince was the greatest in-game dunker but Lavine and Gordon are better dunkers overall without a question. Obviously, Jordan was in an era where a lot of these new dunks weren't invented but excluding hypotheticals, Gordon and Lavine are the best dunk contest dunkers.
Nice to see Larry Nance and his son do the contest. Probably the first time it happened
1 thing is they shud have done the dunks in order. A lot if the older dunks lost the hype after u seen some of the dunks from today. And 2 Aaron Gordon is absolutely the most creative dunker in the contests history. He was in 2 of the best finals ever. React to him vs Zach Lavin
Shaquile O'Neal best career dunks an awesome watch. Couple boards took a beating
Y’all need to react to Zach Lavine dunks, or Giannis antetokounmpo highlights :)
Yall should watch Vince Carter's own highlight reel.
You should check out Jordan kilgannon
Just don't watch the 2022 dunk contest from last weekend. It was the Godfather 3/Indiana Jones Crystal Skull to the rest of the franchise.
You guys should react to AFL football
Can yall please react to Mike Epps "Funny bidness" skits?
The sex detective intro is comedy
React to 2022 allstar game
What a shame the only true Caucasian to win it was not on here.. Brent Barry had a dunk from the free throw line, & received a 49 in ‘96!
Watching the kings
As a man who can dunk a basketball..I can't explain how hard it is to do what these men did. Nate Robinson is one of my favorite dunkers as well. Fyi there have been a couple more white dudes that won the dunk contest in impressive fashion lol.
If you wanna see a white guy dunking... look up Jordan Kilganon. He did a youtube video of like 100+ dunks you have never seen before. He is insane.
I assumed daz amd mike were aggressive rubbing one out in some awkward competition but then dave popped up from under the table and I was like 😳 this vids getting blocked if this goes any further 😂😂🤣
18:41
24:10, Daz, Many of the Black American Athletes in this video have White DNA in them mate. And not just the lighter skinned Blacks whom can dunk as well without effort. Centuries of intermixing. There are Many Black's whom look White , and Vica Versa. Sally Hemmings and Thomas Jefferson's Descendants as an example are White People whom are technically " Black" by the 1 drop Rule. And they are Blue Eyed and Blonde haired. Old Nation. Especially for American Natives, Whites and Black's
One of the 50s was done by Tracy McGrady. He was from my hometown, and I remember playing with his cousins. Also his Grandmother spank most of us for being naughty as kids.
Beauty skit
I watch this and still can’t believe Aaron Gordon got robbed like that
Spud Webb being only 5 foot 6 inches or 168 centimeters tall adds a little more impressiveness to his dunks
50 is a perfect dunk- all 10s
for my money the greatest athlete in the world reside in the NBA
The blindfold dunk was a scam, the blindfold was thin enough to see through.
The 2016 dunk contest is the best dunk contest of all time, bar none
like 2/3 of those dunks felt like rinse and repeats of each others. It's a shame so many of those got 50 and blake griffin dunked over a car on a 13' rim and only got a 49.
It wasn't a 13' rim. Tf are you talking about? Lol
Dr J did that free throw line dunk first
Watch NBA players reacting to Jordan Kilganon.
18:55 if you think white guys can't dunk you should watch "NBA Players Reacting to Jordan Kilganon" or "Over 100 Dunks NEVER Done in NBA Dunk Contest By 6'1 Jordan Kilganon!"
10:08 on the first try
Kyrie Irving mixtape reaction please!!
Now react to the absolute shitshow that was the 2022 dunk contest! 😂
Football may be king in America but in my opinion a great dunk is more exciting than anything else in sports
Should watch lakers vs warriors 3/5/2022 yesterday game where Lebron James dropped 56 points
Hate to break it to you. But you should look up lavines father.
Always love when non american react to american sports.
jordan kilganon ttop 10 dunks the goat u will not be disapointed
Or Gary Payton gets punmked by pro dunker
Sus beginning
