I agree that this video doesn't prove anything about them dating. The fans that night were pretty crazy. This video was taken after they ate at a restaurant with other YG labelmates after BIGBANG's concert. Everyone else took a car while Jiyong and Dara walked to the after party club just down the street. And the video where they "kissed," based on the angle it looks like he did whisper something to her. Applers (aka Daragon shippers) are kinda delusional though~ 😓 I wouldn't trust anything they say about this..
