Agitation showdown Simplicity S40P vs Riccar R30D

I'll keep the 3 row around as a backup, but I do think the 2 row produces more visible agitation.

So did you try that new brushroll in your S40P? Is there a significant different feeling between the new and the original brushroll?

Of course. I do like the deeper agitation it produces

So does the R40P automatically come with that new brushroll in it?

Yes, the two row with the blue finish is the current brushroll. I'm guessing it was done as a cost saving measure The 3 row would use more metal and quite more work to form it.
