- Smarty Pro Kolton Schmidt likes to use his Smarty Sidekick to work on his first swing, keeping it level and open. He wants his first swing to stay open so he can cover the horns and be open so he can see his target through his loop.

Never seen a more perfect head catch
It’s all in the wrist. Doesn’t matter what rope you use.
Exactly
@🤍Brooklyn_loves_horses🤍 Okay, kid. I’ve been slinging string at wild cows for 20 years. But I’m sure you know more than I do 😂
@🤍Brooklyn_loves_horses🤍 I didn’t say that. What I said was, I have more years of experience than you’ve been on this planet. Manipulating your loop into a desired shape/orientation always comes down to what your wrist is doing. Try swinging a rope and catching a dummy without using your wrist at all. It’s not impossible, but it’ll be much harder and an ugly swing. All the magic happens in the wrist.
@🤍Brooklyn_loves_horses🤍 old guy’s got nothin better to do than act cool in the CZcams comments 😂
@🤍Brooklyn_loves_horses🤍 the guy arguing with you has no life
