Volvo 245 Lemonaid, left stranded

This happens far to often. How reliable is the most reliable car on the road 40 years ago? Not very, but it's easy to fix.

Well at least the timing belt looks easy to replace. Crazy Volvo recommends such a short interval to change it.

It's a short interval. I think belts have gotten better over the 40 years since this was made.

@@brnrmbo4658 for sure. I believe most cars nowadays use chains over belts (my Lancer, 4Runner and my wife's Kia have them) but i think there are some holdouts.
