Stephane Grappelli - Djangology

Recorded in 1972 in London. These little known studio sessions captured a Grappelli in one of his best periods. Born in 1908 to an Italian father and Parisian mother. Began playing at age 12 and learned from the street, and began busking at age 15. Grappelli went on to be the best in sophisticated swing.
