    Does eplastics sell full sheets of 1/2 or 3/4" thick acrylic or half sheets?

    1. I need to form 2mm acrylic sheet to car side window glass culvature, please advise temperature and time?
    2. Can PC to be form with similar way?
    3. Do I need to use some weight to press the Acrylic after it was laid on the sample glass? If not, would the Acrylic be deform?
    4. If I use plywood as the flat bed, would it stand for temperature of 100 degree celcius?

      James Tomas I have another great issue, PVB film stick PC very well, however, it does not stick Acrylic, what can i do as we want to stick acrylic to glass using PVB or TPU.

    Sir can you please tell me what material you used to make that blue colour mould, and what kind of material is used as a bake sheet....and actually do we need a bake sheet to avoid sticking of acrylic in the oven or in the mould or not? please clarify me sir

    What temperature does 1 inch thick acrylic need to be at in order to form it where is malleable and how long does it need to be at the temperature for

      The temperature and time all depends on the size sheet, thickness of the sheet, and oven that you using. For the sheet that you see in this video, we heated it at 300 degrees F for 2-3 hours, testing it every 15 minutes to determine when it was ready. The sheet is ready when you can bend part of it up, and it drops back down slowly - a free-fall speed drop back to the table is too hot for forming.

      +ePlastics, a Ridout Plastics Company . How can I bond firmly a rectangular shape of acrylic walls. Length of rectangular shape 50 m, width 25 m , depth 6 m. Arcylic walls are 2 (50 m long, 6 m high and 1 m thickness) + 2 ( 25 m long, 6 m high and thickness 1 m) + 1 ( 50 m long, width, 25 m large and thickness 1 meter
