South Africa is a world in one country. You can live a city life, upscale or low end, suburban life, ghetto life, country life, rural farm life, or a very native life, all are options.
They are presenting our country very well we love u guys, and so much.
Definitely! I think they needed to hear that.... that’s the reason why the put all the work..,. Very positive and good feedback bra
Thoroughly enjoyed this session. But can we appreciate how beautiful Mrs Blankton's is😍 Umhle nyani sisi ( Xhosa: You're truly beautiful lady)
Dental treatment is free in public clinics and hospitals nation wide.
South Africa is where most African Americans will feel the most comfortable
why?
@@tyali84 Very well put 👌🏽
@@tyali84 As a black American, I approve this message 👌
Very true; citizens of the country such as Ghana, Tanzania and Nigeria (the typical black countries) don't think through their skin color because colonization happened many years back. It is easy for the interracial couples to live in the said countries than it is (to live) in South Africa or USA. Thus, I agree with you that South Africa and African American have a lot in common.
@@nguboyengwekaluvuyo6219 She saved your skin there 😂😂😂
I loved your love story. God bless your family.
I'm glad you love South Africa. We are passionate about our country too and we are proud of who we are.
I love the love you have for South Africa ❤
Stay blessed 💕
We have the cleanest water in the world
Yeah, but they don't like to hear that. Might even attack you for it
Greetings The South Africa, you are making South Africa a real option and something to really reflect on. Oh, by the way, awesome website! Thank you so much for sharing.
Come for a visit first and I guarantee you, you will be shocked how western media fools you😉
I love this Chanel 💞

JT, a side note.......LGBT rights are part of our Constitution and we are the 5th country in the world, to legalize same-sex marriages.

Congrats Blantons. Started following you at 4000 subscribers. Love how you showcase South Africa & the African continent... may you go from strength to strength...🇿🇦
I think New York, Miami and few other big cities are incomparable to our popular SA cities. I will say we are still 50% behind but promising, non the less Cape Town is the most beautiful city in its own way in the world. I love Miami, it looks fresh like Cape Town and I 've been following Miami construction style and some of the beautiful buildings over there are built by South African companies. Thanks for your unconditional love to South Africa. You will know me one day! God bless.
South Africa is my dream country to live😍
Capetown is not beautiful in its own way but in all ways, it got an award for being the most beautiful city in the world

Congrats on 10k!!!
I enjoyed the interview you guys are going places.
As a South African it's really refreshing to get an American perspective of making a move and settling in SA. Being a colored South African I have contemplated moving my family to USA mainly for better future for my kids. This perspective makes things real interesting
I've been to USA on holiday and loved it
@@tyali84 wow I hear you and being there and not being able to enjoy what the country has to a offer must be hard. We gave it alot of thought, did some research and was going to apply for a transfer over there within our company. A drawback for us was the uncertainty of whether we would be able to fit in with the culture and fear of feeling alienated, as well as missing family
@@tyali84 I trust and pray things turn around for you
You live to work in the west, while you work to live in africa...you better going to the west alone make money bring it back to SA and start a business...

Thank you for the responsible topics and thanks for sharing your information.
Tasha, Ausi actually means Sister in Sotho, in Zulu in Sisi.
I have observed that even though the ancestors of our black American brothers and sisters were of west African origin, their descendants are migrating in huge numbers to places further down south especially South Africa,Namibia etc and eastwards to Rwanda,Uganda,Kenya and Tanzania.
If youu study africa and its geo-politics thoroughly, you will realise that southern african countries are more stabe and peaceful, gradually elevating economically and they are stable Democracies .but unfortunately those in the equator and going towards the upper north west of Africa just below the sahara, there is much Turmoil and instability, political frictions, guerilla warfares and all sorts of negative energy 🖐️🏽... It is sound decisioning that they repatriate in the southern african countries ...They are called SADEC countries by the way .
To be honest with you, East Africa and Southern Africa as a whole have the most stabilized economies, politics etc.
These two regions also tend to have much more liberal democracies, where citizens are active and demand the best😉
Inspirational!!
Mark is telling rsa as it is no exaggeration
Pretoria is also one of the most beautiful cities in sa
It might not be bigger than Johannesburg or cape town but is a city bro...... it's our capital city for fuck's sake
The Eastern Cape gems that people dont know of i.e. St Francis Bay; Kenton on Sea; Jefferys Bay; Tsitsikama; Coffee Bay; etc I could go on. EC is a gem yet to be unfolded
Normally money is asked when you are at fault and they reduce your fine to their pocket.

Sometimes I am lost in the convo because of the terminology used. Amir said can I get a 2bedr condo downtown Jhb. I would have loved to comment but what is a condo? Am I right to say it's a flat in SA lingo?
Is it not more like apartments than flats?
@@hlehleza Yes a condo (Condominium) for all intensive purposes is physically an apartment. The difference is that you purchase a condo, as you would a single family home. As opposed to renting indefinitely like you would a typical apartment.
@@finn3102 Thanks. In South Africa you can purchase a flat/apartment. You have to pay a monthly levy as a contribution to the upkeep of the flat. You can also rent a flat if you choose
They can shake you for Money 😜 it happend to me a couple of time miss southafrica
Hi Mark.
There were no un occupied areas of what we now call South Africa. The
Western Cape and parts of Northern cape was governed by the Khoisan and parts of
the Nothern Cape had part of them governed by the Tswana Kingdom. even
as early as the 1300's the Portuguese tried to invade Capetown but the
Khoisan were too powerful. The Khoisan King would give each ship 3 month
visas and when a war broke out the Portuguese were banned from docking
ships in Capetown on their way to the far east. Even the Portuguese
government made an announcement that no Portuguese ship will land in
Capetown up until the Pope instructed Jan Van Riebeck to be kind (as a
strategy) to the Khoisan and that's how they were eventually invaded
through an informant they called "die strand loper" translated "the
beach walker"
They Dutch also imported slaves from Angola and West Africa as an attempt to conquer local tribes and build an economy in the Cape. These got to be known as the mixed race community they later called colored hence they have slave names such as Williams, Adama, Pieteren/Peters, Jansen/Johnson etc indicating which Master owned them. They make a small percentage of the south African population and to prove it they don't identify with local blacks but rather more with whites.
A local black even if mixed race will like Trevor Noah identify with their native tribe. A majority of the population is indigenous groups which historically governed different areas which now have different names as
Tshwana: Northern Cape and North West and Botswana
Zulu: Kwazulu natal
Pedi: Parts of Limpopo and gauteng
Ndebele: Parts of Gauteng (Tshwane Pretoria's new name is the name of a Ndebele King)
Swati/Swazi: Parts of Mpumalanga and Swaziland
Sotho: Lesotho and the Freestate
Xhosa: Eastern Cape
Tsonga: Pasts of Mpumalanga and Mozambique
Venda Parts of Limpopo.
Im writing this because I realize yourself as well as Jay have a false narrative false history about South Africa which may lead to problems in future relations between African Americans and South Africans.
Hope you take this well
Thanx
It's good to see some Black Americans willing to integrate into the South African community and not restrict themselves only to other Americans.
What's going on in Nigeria?
Jozi South Africa it's the hub 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
Property market in South Africa is regulated, you cant have exorbitant prices. There is credit score here in South Africa for citizens and I dont know how it works for foreign nationals.
Tim is practically South African 🇿🇦🇿🇦
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Mark spying on our police who likes cooldrinks we call it Itshotsho (bribe)
Yes cool drink 😂😂😂😂😂 we love it, it’s not an issue here....🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
@@calebsampi2004 Nothing to be proud of though, bhuti. We are outraged at greedy and corrupt politicians on the one hand, yet say "we love it, it's not an issue here" when being asked for bribes on the other. It sends a mixed message.
Lol sorry for my comments I thought I was on Dynast channel
Bathong😂
Bra Mark knows cold drink money 🤣🤣🤣 it's usually when you been speeding, they be like "ey my brother it's hot, don't you have some cold drink in your car" but if you done nothing wrong they'll just let you go.
Im feeling a dejavu vibe 🤦🏽 ,Is this video reposted ?
What you said about the police is so accurate
You can't compare a multi-award winning city Cape Town with a less developed city like free town. The mother city has won numerous international awards beating cities like Miami, Dubai, Sydney and Rome. There is simply nothing to compare
0k 💕🇿🇦🎉🎊🎉🎊🥰
In South Africa the only time you will see the need to pay a bribe is when you are doing something wrong and petty and want to drive home without hassles, however the police are very humane. One traffic police officer said wed rather take the "cold drink" (bribe) than take a father bread winner provider to jail for driving under the influence. Wed be creating worse social problems when the guy loses his job and the family loses income. Rather giove him a stern warning "fine" him through the bribe and let him go home.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 baba!
LOL Cape Town is a major tourist destination with millions of tourists a year.
I doubt they got excited at seeing a black American in a restaurant. LOL
