I'm tired of all this J Cole is weak talk. Apologies doesn't make you weak. He shot Kendrick and just gave a ride to the hospital instead of standing over him unloading.
This is such a weak take the man obviously sees the play in hiphop which is beef sales records, media has been manipulating rappers beef for years and where has that got us basically hiphop is lot the hunger games now you can die just by entering in. Do I think this beef would have went that far no but who knows, Pac and Bigee were friends at one point and look what happend.

I feel the same. This Cole talk is literally everywhere. Best promo in hip hop history (good or bad) for The Fall Off. Part of me thinks there’s something more to this apology on Cole’s part in some kind of weird way in Cole’s mind. I just wanna see how it plays out because it’s too shocking & Cole knows that, so it has to be more to it because he knows how the hip hop world would react by saying what he said. He had to think about what he said on that stage on Sunday before he did that…for some reason, we just don’t know what it is. He got the people talking, maybe that’s what he wants.

For all of the big talk that Cole does, for all of the self-reflection and self-awareness that Cole is known for and tries to convey in his music, you can’t let him off that easily.
