Yes, come and confess to Jesus. Confession will set you free, I've struggled with pornography and at a point of time the addiction became worse to a point that I was seeking sexual services from both genders just for satisfaction. But Jesus has delivered me! I confided with a fellow brother in Christ for accountability and a huge weight have been lifted up. It's a battle but with Jesus you will see victory, on our part we need to identify and eliminate triggers. As for our thoughts, Intrusive thoughts will come from time to time, that is when we need to respond by running to Jesus immediately. Outside of situations like that, we need to fill our mind, heart and soul with the things of God(Bible Reading, Worship music, videos with Christian Content etc). The more we fill ourselves with Jesus, the more we allow Jesus to not only be present in our lives but be our Shepherd, our King, our Saviour, our Everything!

After all, has not Christ translated you from the kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of Heaven? Get the truth of God's Word deep into your heart. Seek Him in worship and prayer, believing in His great and mighty love for you. Consider that Jesus went to that Cross for YOU. The more time you spend seeking Him, the more you will see results. The more your relationship with Him will develop. There is no better use of your time. Be real with God, and He will be real with you.
