My RTU 5024 seems to have no such ON switch!

I cant get it to work! Sometimes it says this user cant be reached right now,
or the line is busy. Cant get the relay to switch on. The Relais LED never on!
Only RTU5024 2019 Version has that funcion.that switch is used to ON or OFF the inside battery

My relay light is never on ? My phone sim is ok, when i call my sim, it cuts my number is working ok, but nothing happens to the relay ?

My rtu5024 works fine for a day or two but then requires a power reset to operate again. It's very frustrating.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
I am using a brand new sim card with a strong signal with line of sight to nearest mast.

For RTU5024 V2017 and V2019, we provide the pc software to add the phone numbers . that is very easy to add a lot of numbers ver quickly
I’ve bought 2 of these cellular units and tbh both failed the first one worked for 8 months then the second one 1 month both failed !!! So my opinion is save your money and invest in something more expensive and reliable.
How to check its imei number?
use the SMS command you can read it . also you can open the metal box, IMEI is printed on the GSM module cover
