This song is an old song called Run, but the new song in their most recent album that everyone keeps requesting is called "Run BTS" and there isn't a video for it, so you'd have to watch a colour coded lyric video. BTS didn't separate, they are just winding down group music for a bit while they do some solo projects but they are still shooting their variety series and stuff as BTS. This is pretty common in K Pop to have successful solo careers in music and acting while also being in a group.

This is an old video that is part of the BTS story line . You have to watch the storyline in order to make sense. I think the new song people were requesting is run BTS. BTS announced they were taking a break to work on solo albums. Jhope is headlining lollapalooza next month his new album should be out in couple weeks. Jungkook colab with Charlie Puth on new song will be out tomorrow.

One thing I appreciate about having larger groups react to BTS is their different mindsets here. You'll have one that's reading the lyrics, one looking at the video, and the additional one trying to do both. Then by the end, each person draws their conclusion that will then open up a line a dialogue about what you saw.

Here is some clarification BTS is not disbanding/breaking up. They are focusing on solo albums instead of group music for the time being but will be working on projects other than music together like their show called Run BTS. They originally were supposed to do this after their world tour in 2020 but because of the pandemic they kept postponing their solo albums. In kpop it's perfectly normal for members to pursue solo projects while still being an active member in a group. But BTS has been working their butts off for over 9 years spending pretty much every waking moment together working/practicing and now they want to show off their individuality and just take a rest to find themselves. So far all we know about their individual projects is J-Hope is releasing a solo album next month and he is headlining Lollapalooza in Chicago on July 31st. Jungkook is featuring on Charlie Puth's new song called Left and Right, which actually comes out tonight with a music video. And V is going to be on a show with his friends called In the Soop: Friendship Trip. It's pretty much a reality show of him and his friends hanging out while on staycation. Also they say V is flying to Paris soon to attend the Celine show for Paris Fashion Week.
The song that played at the end is called "Butterfly" by BTS. It's a very beautiful song, from the same album as "RUN". Yes their style and sound changes in every album/series of albums. Their 2013-2014 sound is different from their 2015-2016 sound. Their 2017-2018 sound is also different from their 2019-2020/21 sound. They are always changing their sound and trying out new genres, that's why their music never gets boring/repetitive .They are NOT breaking up at all. They are still BTS but they will put more time into individual solo projects, as they are trying to find themselves and allow themselves to grow individually, as opposed to always do things together as a group. They explained why they made this decision during their 2022 Festa Dinner, where they had a heart-to-heart honest and open conversation with ARMYs and even became vulnerable, but the media twisted their words and started to spread baseless rumors about them disbanding, to the point where RM, the leader, wrote a very lengthy letter on "Weverse" calling out journalists who used their vulnerability as clickbait and the tone he used in the letter was very protective of the other BTS members and ARMYs. JK, the youngest member, went live after hearing the news to clear everything up. He assured fans that disbandment is not on their mind at all, they are just trying to branch out and try to gather energy and motivation individually because they felt like they were stuck in one place. They will still do group activities but the focus is more on their individual projects.

Based on the comments I'm pretty sure there's confusion. Not to take away from this song "Run", which is one of my favorites. I think ARMY had their minds on "Run BTS", their new song. There are a couple of MVs previous to Run which start the story off. So the reason it felt all over the place is because there's a ton of references to those two past videos.

The Bangtan Universe is an amazing storyline about friendships, and hardships, growing up and coping with loneliness. The Run MV is a small piece of the puzzle within the Universe. If you are at all interested I would recommend taking that full journey, or maybe part of the journey, most people limit themselves to just the music videos.

Run BTS is the song to react to, theirs no mv for it only lyrics. They are not breaking up. They actually have a concert this October. They are just taking a break making BTS music they are giving us solo albums. J-Hope has his album coming out July 15.
