The thing with anxiety is you never get a vacation. You can be on vacation and still get panic attacks and there's nothing you can do about it. It sucks.

Mitchell, I have anxiety and I'm only 13 I started to get it at age 10, I know how you feel! Some days it feels like it holds you back but you got to know to push through it! And when you are ready for a girlfriend you are ready but nobody is rushing you! We love you and keep doing what you are doing!
