I think there is a darker rms bronzer now. I chucked my buriti bronzer, as I used it on my eyes and it gave me a skin reaction. Which side is better? Skin: glossier, eyes: rms, cheek: rms, lips: glossier
I agree! I ended up using a brush with it in this video and it came out loads better than when I used my fingers but still creased pretty bad. And it’s just too expensive :(
The ONLY thing drawing me to the RMS side is the lip color, otherwise both look beautiful! But like you said, why spend more if you can get the same look for less 💁🏼♀️
I love the RMS side except the eyeshadow. The bronzer looked awesome on your eyes though! As far as RMS, you can go online and get a FULL SIZE pack of the concealer, highlighter, lip to cheek, and eyeshadow for like $100. I know it's not super cheap but I didn't think it was that bad.
i liked the glossier in full, but the rms eyeshadow good because it had shine to it, and maybe the eyelashes i liked more too, but the glossier mascara was still good too.
I live in Australia so we only have RMS, I personally love the RMS side when u did it too Anyone else just really scared she were gonna poke urself with those nail haha

I’m one of those weird people who can’t smell very well AT ALL so scents almost never bother me. I think that’s a big reason I do well working in a hospital- I am immune to the smells. 😂 I was shocked at how tinted the berry shade is. I wanted something very easy to put on when I’m leaving work or something like that and want to feel cute and fresh but not focus on perfection. 🤗
I was a commercial makeup artist, editorials, print adverts, and film..for what that's worth and the Glossier side is in the lead. Particularly the rouge the RMS Spell appears pasty as where the Glossier colors are sophisticated but understated. In any event, I think it's brilliant that you did a side-by-side. I have wanted to see Glossier in action shadows, haloscopes, cloud paints, lips, stethoscopes. I was happy to see cool tones on the eyes. Good for you for so adroitly managing the mean people Altogether I was highly entertained, informed, and it does not hurt that you have a cute personality and are so pretty. P.S. You remind of so much of myself when I was in the early years of my career.(almost forty-five years ago, yikes) I had a sitting(yup that's what they were called at Vogue and Bazaar)booked for the following day with Vogue, it was a multi-paged spread and my first time working for the magazine..nervous? You betcha. Anyway, I sat for hours and I MEAN HOURS doing side-by-side on myself till I had no skin left on my face, I was finally satisfied and confident with the whole shebang. The following day I arrived fifteen minutes ahead of the call time and the asst. beauty editor wanted me to use a huge selection of makeup(s) from their advertisers and I was not supposed to use ANY of the makeup in my kit and for some reason, instead of being nervous It was acyually emancipating rather than intimidating and I got to keep any or of the makeup. Talk about a stream of consciousness rant, I truly enjoyed you and your video. Thank you very much, Ann

Hi Chessie! Thank you for your super helpful videos- very straightforward & to the point. Overall, I prefer Glossier, although I do love RMS’ luminizers. I have RMS concealer in 33.5 also & it’s a perfect match for me. Is Glossier stretch concealer in G7 almost the same shade as the RMS 33.5? Mahalo again!
Cloud paints! Also I think it was 2 years ago, I went to their showroom and then filmed a video of everything I bought there. They saw the video and messaged me asking if I wanted to become a rep! I was so excited lol
@@makaylahill6557 well you like makeup so there's content right there, are there other things you're interested in? my best advice would be to pick what you're passionate about, find your niche, and genuinely be yourself. i could stay interested and listen to anyone talk about anything they are passionate about. there's like a spark in someone when they talk about something they love, it's endearing and authentic. i started filming my freshman year of college (i had just broken up with my boyfriend and had no friends really lol). i stayed motivated to post just because i liked doing it and even if for a while i was only getting a handful of views and comments, all of them were meaningful to me. now that i'm getting way more views, i'm even more motivated than ever. if i had stopped when i was getting hardly any views, i wouldn't be where i am now. sorry for the long response! i feel like even if you decide not to start a channel, this advice could be used for almost anything you do!!

I think moderating comments is something you should feel empowered to do. This is not a democracy down here. You have the power to delete nasty comments to create the kind of space and community you want to foster.

I never seen a review on glossier products and they seem well made. I really like the look of glossy eyeshadows and the liquid blush I've always seen people hype them up and now I know why. Also where did u get those side clips cause I have bangs and I always struggle keeping them in place and keep from them getting dented when I do my makeup.💕
They are glossier hair clips! I know for a while you could use the code HAIRCLIP on a glossier order and get them for free but I do if they are still doing that. If now you can get them on Aliexpress I’ve heard!
I'm so frustrated with my glossier concealer. I have it in G6 (I'm literally your shade of skin) and it had been matching me perfectly, but lately the undertone has been looking grey on me and idk how to fix it or why is it looking like that on me. Anyone have any advise?
Have you been out in the sun at all lately? I had to actually switch to G7 recently bc G6 started looking too orange on me! Also, are you using a different powder? A powder could be altering the color or neutralizing it
@@chessiedomrongchai I really protect myself from the sun. I only use the glossier wowder to powder under my eyes and nowhere else and it looks fine, but the concealer on the rest of my face, looks grey. This has only been happening since a few weeks ago, because before that it matched me perfectly
That’s so bizarre. I really have no idea?? Glossier has amazing customer service though. I would try emailing them to see if they could replace it. It could be that the stretch concealer is faulty if it all the sudden started looking odd
this is a horrible review. shes sponsored by glossier so of course shes going to say she likes their products better when its pretty obvious to anyone watching the rms side looks way better, the eye color and even the lip color. also rms beauty i dont think is for people who wanted a heavy makeup look. Its for a natural makeup look, most people use minimal products so they dont spend alot of money. They are also clean and substanable.

I've had pretty good success with the RMS eye polishes by using a eye primer. If I don't use an eye primer they will be such a creasy mess!

i'd say the glossier concealer is like the tiniest bit darker but not in a way that would look unnatural if you purchased it!
