in soap world normal=boring. the real problem here is that they dont give you time to work out one trama that they've already started another one. and in doing so they are also lowering the effect of every single situation.
I feel like they're trying so hard to "make them more human" or normal, but its being exaggerated to a point where its literally unbelievable. Plus that's not what made us fall in love with them at the first place.
We love you Moira - many thanks for the Cute Bits. I have hated this storyline, but watched it. I didn't watch the prison storyline because I think the writers were exploiting our emotions so soon after the rape/abuse. What I did during the time I wasn't watching was to go through all of the Cute Bits and you certainly have done a wonderful job. The editing gets rid of the rubbish and really distils the essence of relationship.
I'm not crying,... Not at all... I have... Something in my eye 😭😭 even tho I watched these at the time, I still get emotional watching these,this sl still sucks but it is at least slightly positive to see them working through things, there's so much speculation about what will happen with the baby, even though I'm not impressed with what they're doing the incredible acting is worth tuning in for imo so I'll have to see. I have stopped watching Emmerdale because of Robert's unfaithfulness. What I'm doing now is putting all what I feel for Aaron and for his future. Whoever it is that he might end up with. But for me, its over between Aaron and Robert. You can't compete with a mother and a child.
That's how I felt, but the writting was so good at the end, when they got back together, that I started watching it again. I'll never trully forgive Robert, but Robert trully felt like he had matured as a person, when they got back together, it felt believable.

That bathroom scene is a masterpiece the acting is breathtaking.
