Okay, I'm honestly not okay over this episode. Definitely one of the best of the series and one of my personal favorites. Red Rose delivered so much within one episode that by the end I was an emotional train-wreck. I can't watch it without breaking down into tears. I'm surprised I made it through a second viewing while watching it with my dad on Wednesday night.... lol
Juice's death will forever leave a hole right in my heart. I loved his character so much throughout the show, and he delivered some great funny moments and especially had such a heartbreaking story-line in Season 4. Theo Rossi is such an amazing actor, and he pulled off Juice so well. Somebody give him an Emmy!!! Juice will always be remembered, but not forgotten.
I love this song so much and it fit Juice's character SO well according to the lyrics so I saw no reason to not use it after this episode. This cover is definitely one of my favorites and it's just hauntingly beautiful that delivers such a raw emotion when listening to it.
Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy this Juice video and I hope I don't make anyone cry as much as I did while making it D':

It's so sad looking back at Juice from s01 and than see how he ended up alone and hated by everybody. Character story that I'll never forget.
For me, his and Tara's story were the most tragic-they were both good people surrounded by bad shit that broke them on every level.

Theo Rossi did a live chat and in that live chat he explains that he was the one who came up with the idea for Juice to actually have something of significance under his mohawk. According to Theo the date 12 27 80 was the day Juice's father left, just days after Christmas. He got it before joining the club and he always covered it up because he knew he would be asked by the other members what it stood for...and as we all know the subject of Juice's father and his race etc wasn't one he ever wanted to go into. So he hid it.

I cried when juice tried to hang himself, I cried when he died, and I'm crying watching this. I love his character and he went through so much. Ugh going to miss this show when it ends.

Why he was a rat that sold out his club over some fear that he’d be out’d bc of his black daddy. Juice was dope character until season 4
Juice was my favorite character. He was the most realistic depiction of a human in the club because he was the only true person that had a conscious and felt guilty for killing people. He never ratted the only bad thing he did was kill a member, and Jax did that too when he killed Jury.
Andreaes1 Tig was loyal to a fault to Clay. And then the SAME to Jax. Tig didnt deserve to die at all. He was exactly what the club needed, and the polar opposite of Juice with zero remorse.
Sabrina Hutt Tig only did it because Clay allowed it. The only thing he did without any sort of command was kill popes daughter. He didn't even mean to do that. He was aiming for Pope, and he paid his debt for that, got his kid butned alive.
Sabrina Hutt just a mistake on my part. I knew it was laroy. Anyways tig was after pope when his daughter got burned alive. He acted on alot of emotion, but to say rig didmt deserve to be alive was a stretch. He was loyal to his president whoever it was.

I hate the way Jax treated Juice. He had no understanding of the choice the cops made him make between ratting or possibly get kicked out of the club... it was dumb of Juice to think they'd kick him out just cause his dad was black, but you'd think that Jax could have shown Juice some sympathy or understanding, seeing as they were brothers all their life. But nope instead he believes Juice wanted to betray them and that just made life harder for everyone. If Juice were given forgiveness he never would have had to protect Gemma, the truth would have been known about Tara's death, and not all of the crazy shit would have happened.
By the end of the show I didn't really like Juice as much because of how he protected Gemma. But I understand why he did it and ultimately I believe it was Jax's fault that it went that way. Juice deserved better. And it was kind of sick how they had to show him repeatedly getting raped in prison. Like, yeah, we get it, prison was awful for him. But why have to show it over and over again? I felt so bad for him.
Even up til his death Juice was loyal to the club. He could have fucked it all up by helping the Chinese kill the AB leader. But he didn't because he knew the AB leader had to kill him for things to go right for the club outside prison. And at that point, I guess he really just wanted it all to be over. Such a tragic ending for a character I loved. He was such a sweetheart in the beginning...
Anyway, sorry for writing an essay here haha. This is a beautiful tribute.

Thank you.. I totally agree with you and its the biggest part of the reason im glad Jax died. Jax was a liability as much as any of these fools when they gey emotional. I hate how they treated Juice and also how they treated Wendy. But of course.. as we know.. because Jax is the bullshit Alpha and handsome one of the club.. we both know people totally cried everytime something went a-wall for Jax (rolls eyes). I gotta be honest though.. I started to hate Juice and reject him because I would get angry that he wasnt aggressive enough or take a stand sometimes.. he was a sensitive guy yet totally blinded by this view that the club was his life, undying love and family. It got too frustrating so I just kind of came to accept that hes totally fucked..
Nah. I really appreciate the feedback. I really loved Juice as well. Have only he would have told Jax and the rest of the gang the truth about his black heritage, maybe they would have accepted him regardless of that. But that's just my opinion. I just hate to see Juice being violated in prison and then to have his life cut so short in such a way. Very tragic....very, very tragic. R.I.P. JUICE of SAMCRO.
Im crying. Juice remains one of my favorites. Im so frigging heartbroken over the trajectory of his character arc. Its so painful. Out of all the characters him and tara got screwed over the most by sutter. And i can't believe the rape shit sutter had him go through. Disgusting to keep showing it too. Anyways this was beautifully made. Had me crying ;(
Ugh, I know right? Those prison scenes were so disturbing and Juice did not deserve that at all. I'm still so upset over his death. I really had hopes of him surviving through all of this shit and when his time came, I was absolutely not ready for it.

+Game-Caliber granted i don't think juice deserved to go out the way he did but he screwed up regularly and jax was never gonna kill him at first he was just on a shit list he freaked out over what jax said and took off and then was ready to rat the club out to the mynas he got weak he played the part of a Judas type granted i loved his loyalty to clay the father figure in his life but what he did covering up taras death with gemma was too fucked up and that's pretty much what got him killed

Juice was my favorite out of the group, I hate how he was treated! I mean come on he was on drugs when he told Nero what he told him! He was gonna be blackmailed by Roosevelt. He was beaten, stabbed, raped, etc. I felt so bad for him I wanted to hug him every time he cried....He was loyal to the club and they did him dirty.....💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

I like how you've been making these tributes to the fallen of Sons of Anarchy Season 7. Out of all of them so far, Juice in my opinion was the most tragic. The club was his family. The club was his life. He would do anything for it. Then he got screwed over by law enforcement who wanted to turn him into a rat, then by Jax who saw him only as a tool to be weld for his own purposes, and then by Gemma who saw him as a loose end. But despite all of this, Juice still wanted to get back in the club and died because of that attachment. Personally I wish he could have taken the same path as Jesse Pinkman in the final season of his show which is gaining his own independence by turning against those who've gone against him. He could have been an unpredictable agent of chaos, burning with rage and self-loathing until his inevitable demise. Instead, he ends up dying in a way that left me with no impact. I think the writers screwed Juice over most of all.
Heather, I assume you will making be a tribute to Gemma. Will you be making one to Unser as well? His death is the only one last episode that truly affected me.
You about summed everything up perfectly! I think if the law enforcement had no intentions of getting into Juice's life, then he would not be where he is today. He's gone through so much stuff over the course of the last few seasons and I feel so devastated that he's become a fallen son now. Theo Rossi is such a brilliant actor, needless to say.
And yep! I have one planned for Gemma that I actually started on Wednesday night, but ended up finishing this Juice one first. I also do actually have an Unser one planned as well! I was so shocked and upset about his character dying. Even though at points I felt like he was getting his head too deep into things, I felt like he was a huge part of the show, and like it was mentioned on Anarchy Afterword, he was sort of the "glue" that tied together everything throughout each season. I was hoping he would definitely make it out alive, but unfortunately that wasn't the plan.
***** I hated how Jax killed Unser without remorse. The man has been an ally and friend to the club for years, even in ways that Jax or the club would never understand. I want Jax to suffer for what he did a thousand times over.

But I think that's kinda what Unser was asking for to in a twisted way, he did say that he had nothing after that, the club and specially Gemma were his life so anything that would've happened next he had nothing, imagina that he put Gemma in jail, she would've been locked up and they won't see each other and obviously Jax and all the sons would cut ties with him, and I think he didn't had anything else to live for after all this time so... does it makes sense what I said?
suncore598 Yeah! That's what upset me the most. Even Gemma didn't seem to really care when Jax put him down. That made it even more sadder because after everything Unser did for the club, the friendship he had with them - it didn't seem to matter in the end. I'll never be able to fully get over his death.
Juice has always been one of my favorite characters on this show. It's hard to believe that in the first few seasons he was happy with the club, but after season 4 he became so jaded and pained and I just wanted him to be happy again. This was a beautiful tribute to him. :)
I feel for juice. All he wanted was to be a part of a family. Knowing he wouldn't belong he strives to be worthy of being a Son. All the beatings he takes out of love for his brothers and in the end they didn't love him back and he died alone. All his life be just wanted to be appreciated and in the end all he got was a pain and his decisions he made were because he was hurting so bad. He didn't want to lose his brothers, but he did.
omg. i always felt sorry for him. he really wanted to be appreciated. it's all he wanted in his whole life. he wanted to be a part of this club. sometimes i think he was one of those who were emotional, who has this empathy and who was... LOYAL. he tried to do the right thing, always. he was so affraid he can lose the club. i felt so sorry for him. he tried so much and he had never fully become a part of samcro.

I agree! Honestly, he was one of my favorite characters of the show with Jax. I loved his character development through Season 4, and I felt so connected and interested about his character, and the brilliant acting by Theo just made Juice even more superb. His line of "having no family" or "no friends" is absolutely painful to hear. In Season 5 when Jax said he was proud of him for what he did with the Clay situation, the look in his eyes was just pure empathy and you could tell he was relieved and proud that he had earned his existence back. And if he didn't care about the club, he wouldn't have bothered trying to earn his way back in. He could have easily taken off, ran away, etc. But he ended up going back to Chibs and asking if there was another way in. His character just gets me so emotional, I'm not coping that well with his death at ALL.
And thank you!! I'm definitely working on a Gemma video. My main intention was to get hers up first, but I ended up starting on my Juice one and just filling in everything from the get-go lol. I think I'll have my Gemma one up next sometime this weekend :)

I totally agree, such a tragic character and what an end. I can't believe he was kept alive for this, but I think by now it's obvious that Sutter will make them all go down the absolutely worst possible path. You captured all his pain so wonderfully, how he was so small in all this. He gave his whole life and ended with nothing.

The colors are all that he has! Yes, weak people often find comfort in groups that pretend to be a family. It’s a sense of belonging as well as the felling of being needed. They often fail to realize that they actually BELONG to the group and are NEEDED to do things that are beneficial to the ones in control of the group.
I just wanted to say thank you for creating such a beautiful tribute to Juice (Theo Rossi). It's going to be hard to watch the last episode knowing that Juice is gone, that his sacrifice will probably be unappreciated by the members of the brothers he loved so much.

A very excellent compilation! Juice was my favorite character from the very beginning of this series. I rooted for him and cried for him and laughed with him. Juice was so eloquently played by Theo Rossi. He is a great actor. I have lost count of the times I wanted to take Juice under my wing to give him cookies, hot cocoa and love. I certainly will miss this series and hope to see a lot more of Rossi's work.
Unbelievable job, Heather...I haven't got enough words to describe it. Felt so sorry with his death...my fav character will always be Opie, but Juice is the special one. He did everything and more for the club, and they didn't really loved him even in the end. Who would have said that Juice, the hacker, the tech boy, would end in this sad way. Thank you so much for your job and effort.
Watching this video just made me feel so bad for Juice....he honestly got the short end of the stick. I loved Juice and I hated that he had to go out like he did....but I also loved his character arch and it brought so much to the show. Your video did such a great job displaying his characters troubles and additions to the series.

Although the deadly episode this last tuesday we all knew it had to go down like that! But we actually can't accept it the way it's!!! Maybe Juice deserved some revange after the shit he went through! But the thing with Gimma it was so sad to see a son tryna kill his mom and couldn't pull the treger after what she did to his family!!! We better prepare for the finale!!

At first I felt sorry for juice but as I watched the series over again I realized that he had this coming. He fucked up multiple times and Jax and Chibbs let him earn his way back into the club. He fucked up again when he told Nero about that girl.. Juice just couldn't handle that type of lifestyle, he just did whatever he had to do because the club was all he had, he wasn't as ruthless as everyone else. Its good that the suffering stopped.

Amen, guys. Poor Juicy. His character really got the shaft, not as bad as Otto, but it was worse because you really came to care for Juice. (And before someone comments on it, I know, no pun intended there, har-dee-har.) People say it's because he was weak, and vulnerability is a liability in This Life, etc., but I feel like it's almost more that he tried SO hard, yet made poor decisions. Never should have helped Gemma, for sure. Theo and Charlie's acting in the jail confession scene, though - OMG. Definitely Emmy worthy.

The way it ends for Juice is heartbreaking. You see him lose hope little by little and hit rock bottom by the time he’s in a cell with Tully.
Great video. A lot of people seem upset with Juice’s story arc, but I think he had the best possible ending for a character. It’s tragic that the only character in the show with depression dies alone after years of being used and neglected by his supposed family. I don’t think Sutter meant for this story arc to be an accident, Juice brilliantly captures the themes of depression and loneliness.
