Venerable Pasado | Kudumbigala Forest Hermitage | Global Metta Meditation Retreat 2021

The Global Metta Meditation Retreat 2021 was organised in honour of Ajahn Brahm in the week leading up to his 70th birthday on 07 August 2021. Many have contributed by wishing Ajahn well, by sharing how they are connected to him and by guiding a Metta Meditation. The series of videos offer many different approaches and ways to meditate with kindfulness (kindness and mindfulness).

I have been to this Kudumbigala Monastery in 2012 with my family & intimate friends who were practising Dhamma and offered Robes & Dana to the monks- when Most.Ven.Buddhawansa Thero was the chief incumbent.
