A Day in my Retired Life - How I spent 8 hours in Panama! Black Women Expats Living Abroad

This is a day in my retired life VLOG as I take you along to get a manicure, pedicure, eat lunch and do some shopping here at the Multiplaza Mall in Punta Pacifica, Panama. It's very important to practice Self Care and take some time out for yourself, whatever that means to you, don't forget about yourself. I did not intend to be out this long but it was so refreshing to not have to worry about time. It is one of the joys about being retired in Panama, you do not have to punch the clock and you are not on a schedule and you never know how your day is going to turn out! There is no real jazz clubs, there are spots where people sing, I heard the new American Trade Hotel is going to start having jazz, follow them on instagram for updates, I have not visited Amni, I am new and still have much to learn about Panama
