काफी अच्छा लगा l मैं लगभग 32 साल से न्यायपालिका से जुड़ा हुआ हूं l मेरी तो नफरत में भी न्यायपालिका से असीमित प्यार है तो भला प्यार में कितना बेशुमार प्यार होगा, असीमित प्यार होगा l क्या बिल्कुल ही बेवजह होगा ? मैं कहूंगा कि हरगिज़ नहीं बल्कि मैं यहां तक भी कहूंगा कि न्यायपालिका की नफरत में भी आम दुनिया के लिए प्यार है l भारतीय व्यवस्था के लिए असीमित प्यार है l 🙏🇮🇳 मगर दुख है कि हमारी संसद को न्यायपालिका में किंचित मात्र भी विश्वास नहीं है यही वजह है कि एक्ट के ऊपर एक्ट के ऊपर एक्ट बनाते चले जा रहे हैं l जबकि हर एक्ट की जगह न्यायपालिका में समाती चली जा रही है 🙏🙏🙏, कितनी बार हमारे देश में लोकसभा एवं विधानसभा भंग हुई हैं मगर एक भी सांसद या विधायक ने अपनी सदस्यता पर 5 साल के लिए न्यायपालिका में दावा पेश नहीं किया l, जबकि न्यायपालिका छोटी राजनीत से हमेशा ही विमुक्त रही है और हमारे प्रधानमंत्री महोदय सरकार के अल्पमत में आते ही अपना त्यागपत्र लेकर महामहिम के पास दौड़कर जाते हैं और मध्यावधि चुनाव की घोषणा की और चुनाव शुरू हो जाते हैं और मध्य अवधि में ही अमृत से धुली हुई सरकार पुनः बन जाती है और फिर वही बैलगाड़ी की रफ्तार से चलती हुई राजनीति शुरू हो जाती है 🙏🙏🙏 l 🙏🇮🇳 मैं तो कहता हूं कि इस राष्ट्र में नहीं किसी भी राष्ट्र में लोगों को राष्ट्रवादता का मीनिंग मानवता से कहीं बहुत दूर नजर आता है जबकि हकीकत में दोनों ही एक-दूसरे के पर्याय हैं वह करते हैं कि दोनों ही न्यायपालिका पर केंद्रित हो और न्यायपालिका का भी कोई न कोई सिद्धांत होना चाहिए मानक होना चाहिए यह नहीं कि 35 35 साल तक हियरिंग चलती ही रहेगी मैं चाहता हूं कि मुझे भी मीडिया पर बुलाकर मुझसे अनेकों प्रश्न किए जाएं हकीकत यह है कि मीडिया ने मुझे जितना अधिक बदनाम किया था मुझे मीडिया से उतना ही अधिक प्यार होता चला गया था
