Alam mo mas masarap ang chicken pag dry-fry mo muna yung chicken at luya na walang oil. Sige lang ang pag stir mo hanggang mag oil yung manok.Pag nag oil na , lagyan mo na ng tubig hanggang lumambot . Pag malambot na ilagay mo na ang mga gulay. Sa Ilocos Norte , yung green na papaya ay puwedeng gamitin na panghalo sa tinola.Tapos lagyan mo na ng patis o asin. Yung iba ang inilalagay ay bagoong peru isinasabay sa manok pag mag dry-fry ka.Subukan mo kung ano ang diperensya.Pag maglinis ka ng manok,budburan mo ng maraming asin yung manok tapos lamasin mo paisaisa yung manok para matanggal ang mg slimy na kulay yellow na nakadikit sa ilalim ng mga balat ng manok.Tapos hugasan mo ng maigi para matanggal lahat ang asin.
