I have a different opinion. If this is the video of a dance recital, that would be different. Listening to music doesn't need the constant reaffirmation of the picture of the group, which is essentially still much of the time.

I have had the fortune of meeting and hearing Rakeshji a couple of time. Completely down to earth and humble to core. Like many of the players of his generation, he plays a series of flutes for the high pitch and long large flute of lower scales.
