Our trainee yoga teachers shared a magical time living the teachings of yoga, living a yogic life and experiencing the transformation that deep yoga practice can awaken in each of us. With a peaceful focus in the spiritual heart centre, our teachers have the potential to naturally evolve into great yoga teachers and authentic human beings.
