Starting scale GP4200 হলে শেষ এজ এ তাকে গ্রুপ A বানাতে হবে ও upto GP6600/GP7600 পর্যন্ত তুলতে হবে....
এক তো যোগ্যতা স্রেফ কোয়ালিফিকেশন এর উপর নির্ভরশীল নয়।
আবার যোগ্যতা নির্ধারণ এ আন্ডার এমপ্লয়মেন্ট স্বাভাবিক ঘটনা।
Matriculation / Higher matriculation with .. ITI trg is enough for Asstt Loco pilot....the need is to follow the existing guidelines...& operation Rules rigidly. Rly has it's own safety rules.Rly operation rules are sufficiently full of safety ...it's operation & Service Rules are no less than military service rules. As regards medical...It has it's own Medical Relief van...Drs...Nurses kept at an all time rediness & they are supposed to reach the accident site immediately on receipt of information. Rly is our life line of the Nation. It has everything of it's own...for it's own use Rly...staff.. officers ...managers are most capable...well trained.. the need is to allow the Rly to work on it's own plan without any prejudice & political pressure. Thank U everyone. Save the Rly....Serve it better.

বিহারী ড্রাইভার হলে এরকমই হবে 90% ই এই communityর, উনি জানতেনই না plc দিলে speed 10km/h চালাতে হয়।
তাহলে তো নিজের বাড়ীতে গাড়ি চালাতে গেলে অটোমোবাইল ইন্জীনিয়ার হতে হবে। লোকো পাইলটের জন্য কি একজন ইন্জীনিয়ার লাগবে??
Loco pilot is not a very high killed position where Engineer is required. ITI or diploma holders are more than enough with proper training. Main resons for accident is bad condition of track, failure of signaling, fáilte of wheel ,cracks and brekages of rail. Human failure is also a cause in some cases which can be avoided by adopting "kavach"technology in the system.
Pls correct assistant loco pilot eligibility criteria holo 10th +ITI, Diploma,or BTech. Not only 10th or ITI

এই সব মাথামোটা(বেশি ঘিলুরজন্য) লোকগুলো যে বকবক করছে, অ্যাক্সিডেণ্ট এর কারণ বিশ্লেষণ করছে, এদেরকে একটি প্রশ্নের জবাব চাই। চিনে আমাদের থেকেও বিশাল ট্রাকরুট, অনেক বেশি ট্রেন, অনেক বেশি গতি।এতদসত্তেও অ্যাক্সিডেণ্ট রেশিও আমাদের থেকেও অনেক কম কিভাবে। এইটা বিশ্লেষণ করে দেখান। তবেই আপনাদের ঘিলুর quality আমরা বিচার করব,নচেৎ নয়।সব বগোয়াস!!
