I worry about the side of your greenhouse being so close to that pond, especially if you're going to be adding dirt to raise the ground level there. Are you going to do a retaining wall so it doesn't wash into the pond? And with that insulation on there plus 2ft backfill it seems like water would get in-between the insulation and concrete either from the ground/backfill or the water in the troughs itself and grow mold. Might be worth contacting a local pond installer and asking them about it.
The adhesive may have a certain temp. it works in. Not sure it works below zero. My neighbor contacted the town garage. It is often looking for a place to dump fill they remove from the side of the roads, in the spring. They dump it for free here. Then put the purchased fill on top. Just a money saving idea.

You need to use some sort of cold or hot applied waterproofing as well otherwise you might get leaks into your concrete tanks from the ground
