    Wow this is truly unique never heard of the watermelon version. Kob Khun Ka Rin. Can I put it in the oven instead of out in the sun I don't want bugs to come by especially flies. Maybe I'll just buy a food tent to keep them out :)
    I love that you speak Thai and English. I want my babies to hear it more since I did the mistake of only speaking English to them. My boy didn't speak at 2 and my white mother in law told me it was because I spoke Thai to my mom all the time. Out of desperation I stopped speaking Thai. He's 6 and still barely verbal. Turns out it was a vaccine injury.
    Just had to share that I am grateful for your channel and will be watching your it much more. Your uniqueness with your bilingual style pushes you to the top.

    It helps a lot if you have your hands moistened with water while you are forming the cakes. Otherwise the rice is too sticky to form. If you look closely at the video, you can see the moisture on the hands of the person forming the cakes.

      @RinSilpachai  Před 10 lety +1

      Mimaiv Yaj to be hosnest I have no idea but that was the original called for , and for the coconut milk I think it will too hard to form and fry since coconut milk has oil in there

    I live in the northwestern US, where it's chilly and rainy for most of the year. Is it possible to dry these in an oven before frying instead of sun-drying them, or would you recommend air-drying indoors for a longer amount of time?

      You can use a food dehydrator. I've also heard some people baking it in the oven at a low temperature for a few hours.
